When I ordered service, I received their modem and called them for help to set up as they told me. I was able to get help as soon as I called with a live person and with clear, patient instructions was able to get everything completed easily. Anytime I've ever had a question or needed help, there was always a live tech support person to help walk me through whatever help I needed. They did not leave my phone call until everything was resolved. Amazing nowadays! I tell people all the time about the excellent service, great features included in the phone service such as telephone number blocking and other great help so that I only get phone calls I want about 90% of the time. The price is so reasonable it's so affordable which I appreciate so much being retired and living on social security, retirement, with medical costs so high and COL rising very quickly in our area, irrespective of what the White House tells us. Thank you 1-VoIP!

I was able to order online, which was very easy, pay online, also very easy with credit card. The router came in the mail and was very easy to hook up to my Verizon router and phone. It took no time for everything to work but took 2 weeks for my existing number to be ported. The voice quality is just as good as it was with Verizon and the customer service people I spoke with were very friendly, helpful and knew the answers to my questions. Very happy I cut the expensive cord with Verizon. I only have Internet with them now because I installed a digital antenna and got Amazon Prime with 1-VoIP and more than cut my monthly bill in half and very happy with all my new services. Thanks 1-VoIP, glad I took a chance. Being on disability this really helped me have all the conveniences at the least cost possible that I know of.

Customer Service is top-notch. Not on hold waiting for help. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. After buying the unit, and first year of service, our landline averages $10 per month with unlimited long distance to Canada and the US. Amazing, compared to our average of $60 per month. Wish we would have switched long ago. Magic Jack told us we could keep our landline number from Bell, but couldn't. 1-VoIP did keep our number, I love this service. Highly recommend!

Sure would like to see more than three rings before defaulting to Voice Mail. I am very pleased with the overall service and the customer service I receive.

1-VoIP Support (March 31st, 2016) : Steve, the ring time before voicemail answers can be managed from the Voice Mail section of the Member Center. It sounds like you're set for 15 seconds (5 seconds per ring cycle). If you need assistance changing it, please contact our support center.

I switched from a VOIP service that kept raising their rates without notification. All to often I couldn't reach a customer service agent so I switched and I am pleased to say that I have not one complaint. I can always reach a friendly voice when I have a question without a long wait and my rates have remained the same. Happy customer!

After moving to the USA from Canada I searched for a replacement to my Canadian VOIP service. Reviews indicated good customer support from 1-VOIP, an Oklahoma-based provider. Indeed my experience confirmed that even on weekends someone responded when I phoned or e-mailed about any aspect. Queries about technical or billing were answered and if needed be resolved. Staff I have spoken to have always been courteous and responsive. I have never been given the "run-around" or left without an answer. The system has functioned well for about 18 months, and the international plan has allowed very economical conversations with friends and relatives in Europe, Australia and Israel. I advise friends to NOT bundle phone service with cable TV, but go for an independent provider like 1-VOIP to get value and service.
