I have been using internet phone from the beginning! First was Vonage, the worst ever! Then Sun Rocket, very good but went belly-up! Then VYLmedia! We never get dropped calls! Service was lost 1 time over a year ago and they had it up in a few hours. The best customer service, hands down. Never had a price increase in 2 years! You want to judge a company? Call the customer service before you call sales! They are the best internet phone with great features and I never have to call for problems! It is priced right, works great, crystal clear, and extremly reliable, do you need anything else? They are DE BEST!

I've been using VYLMedia for a few years now, from when I was living in Louisiana and local phone service was going to be a huge expense. Their technical support department is probably the best in the business, if not one of the best in the country overall; extremely knowledgeable, understandable, and friendly. The pricing is competitive, and the billing department is top notch as well, resolving issues within minutes over the phone. The monthly statements come via email, and show you all charges up front, and their web interface shows you all the calls you've made that may cost money. Overall, this is probably my favorite tech company to do business with, and I hope they continue to grow and add features (like business plans!)

Fantastic service ... We have a home in Massachusetts and a home in Florida. We used to have to keep canceling other services or pay to keep a live line or pay to keep a telephone number. With VYLMedia we know have two permanent telephone numbers. One in Massachusetts and one in Florida. We never have to change any number and our friends and businesses just dial either number and we answer both on our single telephone. When we travel between homes we change our services to forward both numbers to our cell phone. Thanks, Jim

My husband is in the United States Air Force and we are stationed in England with our two young daughters. VOIP allows my family to call me and for me to call them when I want. They don't have to dial an international number, they pick up the phone and can call. I'm sure it makes my mom feel like I'm a little closer to home when she can ring me without dialing country codes. When you're this far from home, having a way to stay in touch with family and friends and share daily life experiences means the world. Thank you for giving me this. As a soldier stationed in Germany, VYLmedia has been outstanding with reliability and customer service. It has allowed my relatives in the States to call me with ease and being deployed to Afghanistan, it has eased the communication problems in communicating with my family in an European country. I have been a customer for over a year now and am very happy with VYLMedia. Initially when subscribed for the service, there were minor problems (such as echo and call clarity) and the technical service teams took care of it. The support teams are very friendly, proficient and efficient. I wish the web interface was little more sophisticated, which is a minor suggestion for improvement.

I have had excellent service from this provider. A real person answers the customer service line and they are always patient with me, from setting up the service to some of my silly questions (i.e. I forgot what number to call to change my "I'm not here" message). I would heartily recommend this carrier to anyone.

Customer Service is excellent. They take ownership of issues and are willing to work with the customer to get things right. I love the fact that they allow the use of soft phones as I travel out of the country for work and use a soft phone client on my iPhone to call back to the US
