Great service from the beginning. Our phone bill was cut by more than half, we received our new phones promptly, the over-the-phone setup was simple to follow, and the overall phone quality is great. Whenever we have a customer service question there is very little wait time and the customer service reps are quick to assist and with positive attitudes. I have only good things to say about this company.

We've been very happy with the VOIP system and 8x8 service. The company is responsive, very customer oriented and quick to answer questions and provide support. A very well run business and a technology that, in particular, helps to sever the umbical cord that used to tether me to the office. The 8x8 virtual office keeps me in contact with my clients and staff and makes working on the road much easier and more productive.
