Before 8x8, all of our work-from-home agents had to answer calls on their personal cell phones - yuck! I love that my agents are able to switch seamlessly between the desk phone and the softphone app. Each of my agents has a preference of which one they like to use, so I'm glad I can keep everyone happy without sacrificing the quality of the calls. It also makes working on the go a breeze!

The flexibility in being able to use multiple device types to receive or make calls. Ranging from the smartphone apps to the PC version.

8x8 allows our engineers to always be connected. With the iOS and desktop client apps, I never miss a call. With our previous desk phones, I'd return time and time again to the blinking red light of voicemail, which is never a good customer experience.

The number one item that I love most about 8x8 is the portability -- no matter where in the world our associates are with either Wi-Fi or Internet service, they can receive their calls as if they are sitting at their desk - our customers have no idea they may be talking to our sales staff while they are sitting on a beach in Hawaii sipping a tropical drink. This portability has allowed us to compete across state lines seamlessly. No question its the best.

What I love the most about 8x8 is that I don't feel tied down. Whether I'm on a business trip or out at lunch, I can still receive my business calls on the 8x8 mobile app and provide the great support to our customers that our company is known for. We get a lot of inbound calls and the Auto Attendant really streamlined the process of getting the right callers to the right staff members. We even setup a Ring Group for our sales team so that our inbound sales requests would be answered promptly. And it was all super easy to configure. I think one of the coolest things about 8x8 though is the fact that my office number is the only number I need for calling, texting, faxing and more. It's an awesome way to do business.

I love everything about 8x8! I love the way that 8x8's flexibility allows me to work at home, in the office or on the go! I love the voicemail system that not only shows up as a voicemail in the main portal I use but also I get an email to let me know there is a voicemail and I can listen to it through the main interface or through my voicemail! I work in Inside Sales so the call log conveniently lets me know how many calls I have completed for the day and also saves the numbers of who called me that I missed, so I can call them back. The Technical Customer Service is superior also. They helped me with an issue and it was quickly resolved, with testing, and router configuration. I love the fact that problems are resolved quickly and efficiently so I can get back to selling quickly! Thank You 8x8 for all that you do for me! Best VOIP system I have ever used! Sherri G.

In our business, we absolutely have to have reliable communications 24/7/365. 8x8 has met our needs consistently since day one when we started with them. As our business needs have expanded, their Sales Team was there with the knowledge and product lineup to meet our new needs and demands. When we've needed support, which has been few and far between, it's always been just a call or email away! And saving money each month on our telecommunications bill is a bonus!

I work remotely so it's not always easy to take my desk phone along with me, but with 8x8 I have my desk line wherever I go. I love the Virtual Office app, and the web conferencing really helps me connect with clients and co-workers. 8x8 helps me feel like I'm always in the office - even though I'm usually not.

Poor service and you don't keep your word. I tried for 10 days to get through to someone to cancel our service. Of course you waited until after we billed so you could charge us an extra month. I was told by someone in your account services department that they would reverse the charge. It's been 5 months so it looks like that's not going to happen. That explains why they said it was unnecessary to give their contact information. We left because your lack of support department only cares about getting the customer off the phone as quickly as possible, even when they are told this is your last chance or we walk. You're supposed to be a top rated company, but you don't even have Ethernet cordless phones. That was the straw since your workaround only allowed our preschool to receive one phone call per day. Everything else went straight to voicemail.

We love the ability to access our office phone lines from anywhere. We often have to work remotely and having a presence in the office helps keep everyone connected and looks better to our clients. Service is pretty good. Any issues we've had have been because of our crappy Internet connection.
