We do not do a lot of calling on our home phone. We ordered Anveo service and we have a lot of balance in our account but we are unable to use it to fund for renew. All the money is just sitting in our account and we can not use it. Do not use this company, they give you a very good promotion, but after you transfer fund in to your account, you are going to lose it, no way to get it back. Worst company.

I am using them for 911 service. You pay your order through PayPal and then they won't finish the order until funds have been verified... 1-2 days. Horrible software.

Awesome VOIP provider. Has so many unique features for a low price. The service is extremely reliable and I have not yet once experienced any technical problems. If you can figure out what you are doing, there system is extremely powerful.

We been using Anveo for our business line for about a year. It has its moments but overall it has been good. Any other service would have been 5-6 times the cost so I understand it won't be perfect. This is a bang for your buck kind of deal. You get a decent service but will lack the support of large VoIP providers.

Anveo is by far the worst VoIP provider there is. We tried them before and it was a huge nightmare. They had a major DDoS attack that took out our phones for 8 hours. I posted on an online forum complaining about it and they actually came on and told me off! This was their customer service! They tried to say I was a bad customer and that their DDoS attack was only for 5 minutes (even though I have an email from them stating it was over 8 hours long). Every thing I posted in my review was true but they came on replying saying I'm a huge liar and made it all up. Do NOT go with this company.

I had signed up for Anveo as they are known to be one of the few providers that do TXT over SIP. Here are the issues I noted over the past 3 weeks of NON-SERVICE: 1) The txt services on my newly registered account didn't work, I opened a ticket, they still were unable to resolve the issue, the issue was never fully resolved. 2) Out of nowhere, my primary account was deleted. I had to open a 2nd account just to send them a new problem ticket to advise them of what happened. I asked for a refund on the 15$ I had spent to top up the account, and they refused to refund me via Paypal - stating, you used up all credits. All I had done was make a few test txts and calls, I never actually got to use the service, as it didn't work! 3) Also noted that my Anveo account would periodically go into an unregistered state at least once per day, forcing me to manually re-register with the VOIP app on my iPhone. This is not something I have to do with the replacement VoIP provider I'm now using (VOIP.MS). 4) Lastly, their customer support for billing and tech support appears to be the same unhelpful person? I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. VOIP.MS is who I'm using now, they have much clearer billing info, and best of all I've had zero issues making/receiving phone calls with them.

I am not going to write much except they failed on all categories. I regret I ever signed up for their home phone service as it is a nightmare going over their terrible customer service. They lost my number and are still charging me for it! I wish Obitalk would take them down as an approved service provider.

Binh (March 21st 2015) : Poor support! No communication after several emails, I was scared about losing my phone number then I must move my phone number to another area. However, Anveo still renewed my account without service. It was fine to lose a little money but I don't feel comfortable doing business with an untrusted source.
