AT&T has the worst service available. The internet connection constantly has malfunctions, and while I always am able to reach a representative through customer service (after constantly yelling "customer service" at their automatize voice teller for 5 min) they're only able to temporarily fix any connection errors. Not only is their connection terrible, but the disturbances in the connection cause certain websites to not operate. I try going onto websites such as yahoo and an error message always pop up and I'm unable to browse the website permanently. I'm not able to go onto these websites on internet explorer, firefox, and chrome -- in that order. Every time the error message would pop up I would try going to a different browser to go onto certain websites that the first browser would not let me go on; however, over time whenever the internet connection disturbance message would pop up, then be resolved for a short period of time after calling customer service, it would soon make it unable for me to go onto certain websites on that browser. All AT&T wireless internet service has cause me is problems. I've called customer service 8 times over the course of 3 months to help me with internet problems and like i said they only ever temporarily fix issues.

nd I've done that many times. Every time I do, we go around and around about "a undetermined cause" and they tell me it's my equipment and each time it turns out to be something in the wires of their equipment. Seriously, my DSL only worked one quarter of the time and they have always billed me for full price, which burns me up. I have bought more equipment at their suggestion because at the time I thought they knew something, which they don't. Anyway, it takes days, sometimes a week for them to put a bandaid on the problem, I guess their maintenence is thin because of their older equipment. They fail to keep the agreements we have made as to price, several times causing me to overpay for the sevice I didn't get. Really, it's as though their right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. It reminds me of those old movies with gangsters who break kneecaps to collect debt. They are unethical in business practice and now I am forced to discontinue my service and say "I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN"! and this time I pray that I mean it. Please, those who are considering AT&T DSL, think about it, ask others about AT&T.

An Absolute nightmare! There speeds are pathetic, let alone there customer service!? I work from 600 am to 630 pm, 30 minutes from home M-F, so when I get home from work to set up my wireless interenet, I soon come to find out that the only technical support offered after "normal business hours" is an automated service, that can never make out what you say, and requires entirely no background noise for it to understand you. Pretty easy when you have KIDS, right?!?! The fact that they dont offer 24/7 customer service in the form of a human being you can interact with is appauling to me as a consumer, and it shows AT&T's dedication to there customers..."This ofice is now closed". Regardless of the fact that I am bound by contract, I am willing to cancel and pay probably over 200.00 in fees, when they are open of course. Terrible product, and even worse customer service.

Worst internet service I've ever used. Do not waste your money. It shuts off literally every 2 minutes, no joke.

I have never encountered such inept, idiotic, unprofessional "service" in my life encountered such incompetentcy. They put a ground wire on an outside water faucet with exposed wire around water. I cannot even tighten water hose because of their "installation". I would not recommend att to my worst enemy.

tried to oder ATT DSL dierct 6.0, but service couldn't start for 3 days.. wasted lots of time with CC to order service than they didn't send me Modem... i caleed many time but no reasonable response.. still on call.... don't go for ATT.

I never want to be their customer again. Their charge is unrealistic compare their service!!!! Don't do the business with AT&T!!!!!

This service took over an hour to set up online. Customer service via the online rep was poor. Quality of service as compared to both Charter and Comcast is lacking. I would NOT recommend AT&T. It is worth paying a few dollars more to get reliable service and quality customer care.

Ugh I really hate this service one month I called up to complain about a random $100 service and then they said they would take care of it. They told me to just go ahead and pay the $100, and so I did the next month they billed me for $200 which it had raised another $100 for another random "service and adjustments" I really really hate at&t its like another scamming company If i could cancel without a charge I would

If something goes wrong, expect to spend hours on the phone (mostly on hold) or talking to someone that can't speak English and reads from a script. You'll spend hours and hang up frustrated because your problems aren't solved. I will promise you that!
