I have a business in southern California. Unfortunately due to relocation of my business I have no other options than having this lousy service with ATT. In my previous location I had service through different carriers like Covad, Verizon DSL, and Earthlink. At&t has been by far the worst service I have ever gotten. For Starters, the speed is so low that you cant even watch a Youtube video without pausing it for 5 minutes until it buffers enough for you to see the darn thing. The other huge problem is the modem gives you an error every time you open a new browser after leaving your computer idle for a few minutes and the solution?! Close all your open browsers until their modem resets itself. If you have any important work on any of those open pages, well, thats too bad, because youll loose them. Try calling their customer "SERVICE", and their response is pretty much, this is how it is or take it or leave it. I cant wait for a new carrier to be available in my area so I can dump this lame excuse of a service for good.

Keeps dropping connection. Customer service unable to correct problem. This is the only area where I can vent my frustrations

llive in senoir complex that provides internet service. Att is internet provider and is very slow. Has continual popup of something not related to anyone in complex that continually comesup and we have to go out of what we are doing and log back on.

The most frustrating Internet service ever. Internet feed is constantly interrupted. Forget watching a movie. How we have held on for over a year is beyond me but we are done as of tomorrow. Good riddance.

9 times out of 10 when I start my computer I have to try at least 5 times before the internet is actually connected, and then when I am browsing, I have to close my window and re open it at least a dozen times a session. Just trying to get to this website I got this message twice : The Broadband Link is Currently Not Available; and had to close my browser and re open it and start over. AT&T is literally THE WORST, spottiest service I have ever had. I have had both comcast and charter and had no problem with either. We wanted direct TV so we went with AT&T. We love our DirectTV, I HATE the internet service, it is HORRIBLE!

I bought this service because it seemed like it would be very fast. It turns out that it is slower than dial up. You can't play online games, browsing the net is slow and I pay 60 a month for it. Myakka Tech service sucks. It is the worst service ever. I'D RATHER HAVE DIAL UP.

By far the worst ISP out there. Price is ~$60 a month for phone and internet. The speeds I'm receiving? 3Mbps, so essentially 300 Kb/s download speed max. Not only that, but as a gamer, the speed is completely atrocious. Playing League of Legends, WoW, Diablo 2, anything really, I'll get about a 600 latency out of nowhere. Downloads are pathetic, games are laggy, and general browsing requires a few seconds of buffering before a video is able to play for more than ten seconds. My recommendations? Check your local area for Qwest.

NEVER get this it is the worst internet service i have ever had. it goes out randomly and you never know if or will it will come back on, sometimes its out for days. it was the worst decision i've made in my ebtire life. it makes me loose valuable information and cuts me off at least 6 times a day.
