A decent VoIP service

I quite like Axvoice for their services. My job requires me to make like hundreds of calls every day and as an entrepreneur of a startup, it was really necessary for me to manage my expenses. I have the unlimited International data plan as most of my clients are from outside the US. Everything is good about the service.

Charge when endinding service

The adapter was free with a fee of $19.99 for shipping when I signed up. Now they say I'm being charged $39.99 for the adapter and have to pay to return it, provide tracking and then follow it to request the $39.99 back two days after it's received. So don't believe that the adapter is free if you sign up. They get you at the end. Terrible customer service only by email. Strange, hard to read bills, instructions, and communication with computer code mixed in with words.

Do not Disturb

I will have to say that with decent call quality and pretty low rates, Axvoice could be anyone's first choice, but my decision of selection was based on their "Do not disturb" feature. My mom is not well and she has odd timings of sleep. It had happened a few times that she had just fallen asleep and the phone rang. This thing was irritating and pretty concerning for me for some time but then I came to know about this feature that would redirect all calls to my voicemail without the phone ever ringing. Seriously speaking it is something that I can't thank Axvoice enough for.

Cool and simple

Simultaneous ringing is a top feature

I run my own office and I have to travel a lot in this regard. I heard about Axvoice and their simultaneous ringing feature. This was just the thing I was looking for. This feature helps your incoming calls ring on your mobile phone apart from your Axvoice phone and helps me carry on my work while on field. A good recommendation for any small or medium business.

Climbing fees and overcharged!

A word of advice - the cost of this service after signing up for the $99 deal (which was $200 once all extra fess were added) on an ongoing basis was $17 per month US. I paid $39.99 for the ATA adapter initially 3 years ago when I joined, now that I have cancelled my service, Axvoice decided to charge me another $40 fee for the adapter. I am very disappointed that Axvoice has charged me twice for the adapter. There is an offer of a refund but it will cost me $30 to ship the unit back to the US and due to currency exchange difference they have charged my credit card for $50 which when refunded will be less. I will never recommend Axvoice to anyone again. Sincerely disappointed former Axvoice customer

Package is pretty good

I have the $5.99 a month package for Axvoice which is simply perfect. For me, 200 minutes a month are more than enough and at this pricing it is too cool. To tell you the truth, I ordered their service after viewing their price range but to my surprise their quality is pretty good too. No call disconnecting or voice disruption. The hardware was delivered within 3 days of ordering and I did not have to go through any hectic procedure.

A sigh of relief with unlimited calling

I am a sales assistant at a local Mart in my area. I have two kids, a son and a daughter. My wife and I separated two months back and my kids are pretty attached with their mother. They talk about her all the time and understandably my phone bill began to go high quite noticeably in the last few months. With rent and all other expenses to fill, increasing my expenses was the last thing I could afford. I was told about Axvoice unlimited calling package by a friend and I can honestly say it was a sigh of relief for me. A simple price package of around $8 a month for unlimited calls is something I really appreciate. Thumbs-up Axvoice!

International Call blocking is too good

I am a pretty keen user of the Internet, surfing the web quite a lot and I do come across plenty of useful things for me. I have my own apartment and have rented it out to a couple of Chinese friends from my previous office. Long story cut short, I had lost my job exactly three months ago and my landline bill was being too much of a burden on my pocket. Not to mention that I had to pay the landline bill all by myself because my roommates said it was no use for them, whereas I believe they made international calls from it. The Internet led me to a top VoIP service by the name of Axvoice. The service was pretty good and the rates were excellent but the thing that I enjoyed the most was their International Call Blocking feature. Now I don't have to worry about anyone making International calls and making a fool out of me. I am more than pleased with Axvoice.
