We had some hickups getting started on bandwidth.com. The sales guy was great, the execs seem to care, and once you have the right tech it seems fine from there. I would recommend their service. We originally had Nextiva.com (Nextiva SIP Trunk) which was a complete joke. Their service would cut out randomly...one day we would come into the office...no phones. Top tier support is good and anyone else is not worth talking to - Tier2 did not know the correct settings to get the lines setup. 1 extra day of no phones. Bw.com seems to be a good option.

Based upon our experience with the company, customer service was less than desirable until we were able to work with a certain person consistently throughout the issue. He was amicable, knowledgeable, and a help in resolving this long standing issue. We appreciate his time and efforts to address and resolve our issue.

We used this service for a pilot VoIP project. The service was good. We just decided to continue using our traditional dial tone service since we are a hospital.

Before trying Bandwidth.com we tried two other VoIP providers, who fell way short of our expectations. With the previous providers, we had at least half a dozen outages over a 1 year period. Over the last three years that we have been with Bandwidth, we experienced zero outages. We did experience some billing issues with Bandwidth, but they were resolved by their customer service and with the adoption of their new billing system in 2012, we believe the billing issues are now history. I can't tell how wonderful it is to configure our VoIP servers once and not have to think again about VoIP service issues, and be able to focus on our business.
