Unfortunately, I can only rate based on paying for a service one year in advance but NEVER receiving the service. Therefore, I am not able to comment on features - I have not idea. After 6 weeks of no service and this includes customer service. When I went to cancel I was told - 'No Refund'. Let me state again - I NEVER NEVER got to use the service. To be honest, it was worth walking away from. This company cost me more during the few weeks without ANY service. I have not doubt the service is good - when you do not have an issue because the person that I finally got to help me cancel my service (and this was a challenge in itself) stated 'there is a reason why we have # of customers' - My comment........ that is because they have yet to use your customer service hot line. Good luck to all have yet to experience and issue. Once the sale is done you are passed off to the 'customer service' team and this is the where you will be amazed how anyone can continue to make sales and not care about the ultimate end user....... The Customer.

Outage after outage, it's always the same story. "We're sorry, but we have no real explanation after not answering your customer service calls for 20 hours." Tired of it.

We really wanted to like this service, because the staff is very friendly and the company appears to want to create a dependable and useful product. However, we have experienced so many catastrophic outages (like incoming callers getting a "no longer in service message" for days), that there is just no way I could recommend this service to people and would actually warn people to stay away from it. It has made a few major improvements over the time we've had it, but our experience with the hosted Phonebooth product has honestly been traumatic for me. Clients of ours, without prompting have actually suggested alternatives because of how commonly there is a problem with our phone system. By the way, in case you're thinking we might be a special lemon case, almost all of our service issues have been system wide with the platform itself, not local connection problems; and we are on the 5th hour of such an outage of service right now.

Bandwidth.com was great when we signed up 2 years ago. Something must have happened, my rep their left bandwidth.com just over a year ago and since then their service has been absolutely horrible. First of all their billing is absolutely messed up. I have been constantly been charged for services I did not request. It took 3 weeks to get a credit on an incorrect upgrade they added to my bill. There are 3 new incorrect charges on my bill, and I still have heard zero response from them. I placed an order for DIDs 7 weeks ago and I've only received incorrect numbers and barely any replies. I emailed our rep, installation specialist and customercare requesting a refund to these DIDs, it has been 6 days since I sent the emails and I have heard NO response. Please stay far away from bandwidth.com. They were once fantastic and all about service and it is now completely different.

When I had technical problems, Bandwidth.com refused to postpone the start of service and billed me, even though I was not using the service. When I had to cancel because our ISP was unable to support their VOIP service, they imposed a one year cancellation fee and would not postpone service until I can arrange another provider. Now that I have a new ISP with service that will support VOIP, Bandwidth has said they are keeping my money and will do nothing to credit even one penny towards service. STAY AWAY from this company, they will not lift a finger to resolve your issues, they are all about the money only.

Horrific experience with the quality of their service and issues that continue to go unresolved with little care from my sales agent or tech support. To make matters worse they sent us a circuit that maxed out at 7 lines when we originally requested the capability of expanding to up to 20-25 lines. We have tried for 90 days to work with them to resolve the issues we've been having w/garbles calls, dropped calls, not being able to dial certain area codes etc. Nothing they've tried has worked and they repeatedly close out trouble tickets with unresolved issues. We are now resorting to switching providers and Bandwith.com is saying they plan to hold us to the term of our contract. We will fight it legally all the way including complaints to the FCC and Attorney Generals office. DO NOT INITIATE SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY, I PROMISE IT WILL BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE YOU'VE EVER HAD WITH A PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER.

My company is a current customer. I am shopping to replace them as our provider. In my opinion this is an aweful company. Issues go unresolved and ignored. its "always" someones elses fault. I find their service to be shameful.

They are a bait and switch company. Be careful they will lie to make the sail and will under perform on the service. read the terms of service and find a different company to work with.. Save yourself the headache unbelievably poor customer service and equally poor management..
