I was decently happy with my service from Bandwidth but I have never had such terrible customer service experiences. I had my system go down for a day and when I was finally able to call them and inquire as to what was going on I was handled rudely and very unprofessionally. If you want a serious phone service provider this is not the one to go with.

The transition to VoIP phone service was reasonably quick and painless. All our phones were up and running quickly with very little downtime during the installation and set-up. As a company Bandwidth.com seemed easy to work with and dealt with our numerous questions in a timely manner.

Customer service was TOTAL garbage, I would never recommend Bandwidth to anyone.

Service is very good and reliable. When problems are encountered you open a trouble ticket and the response of the support staff can be slow. Once you get in touch with them the support is great.
