Although we have experienced very few problems or system issues, Broadview's model, providing dedicated support management, allows issues to be addressed quickly when/if something happens. They are very responsive, knowledgeable and thorough with their follow up to insure customer satisfaction.

My representative is very knowledgeable and accessible. When contacted he is quick to return my calls or emails. As far as VoIP is concerned, we love it. The system is very flexible and new features are added often.

PROS: Broadview has been a good company to work with because of the online resources available to me and the responsiveness of their support. The Officesuite and Ecare websites have really been helpful to us when we needed to forward lines or customize anything else. Officesuite is convenient, full-featured, and flexible. CONS: Sometimes support seems outsourced to other countries and that is when responsiveness and communication suffers. Project managers are hit or miss when it comes to important details like IP addresses.
