I can't get service throughout my whole house...and my house is only 1300 sq ft...we're not talking a huge mansion here!!

In the last 4 years ive had comcast, there hasnt been 1 single night that the cable internet has worked. Making a service call is useless, not only is it 90 % automated, but the 10 % dont have a clue how to help you much less how to even make crappy sevice, and support better by cutting you bill for not having service

I started out with comcast when I purchased my house. At first I just had just internet service (6mbs) because I am not much into watching tv. When I had this service my internet download was very good at 2mb/sec. Recently I decided to upgrade my package and internet speed so I could watch the only really program that intrest me (espn) on my tablet. I was bumped up to the 25mbs service and now my internet speed seems slower than ever. it seems to me to be almost as slow as dsl a lot of times. Now when I download something I am only getting speeds from 20k - 500 or 600 k max. I have done everything in my power to try to get the internet speed back up, to no avail. Comcast customer service representitives are in most cases very unknowledgeable about their own products and services. Whenever a customer service rep, doesn't know the answer to your question or just doesn't feel like dealing with you, they transfer you to another department, where wait times can very from a minute to ten to fifteen minutes before anyone decides to answer the call. Most of the times the person that you were transfered to will tell you that you were transfered to the wrong department and then the vicious waiting period begins again. Calling comcast and actually getting to speak with a live individual is already a hassle in itself, but when they actually pick up they ask you what seems like a long list of security questions that are not all necessary. I am surprised that they haven't asked me the last time I used the bathroom because if they did my response would be "just a minute ago to flush comcast down the toilet."

Initial calls would be a nightmare, always had to speak to a supervisor. Was send to wrong place to pickup the modem, made numerous calls in regard to poor download speed. After numerous complaints they finally send a technician to reset the modem. Unfortunately we only have one choice as a provider so we are stuck with what we got...

Unbelievably poor customer service. I have had nothing but trouble with the internet service. I have spent hours on the phone and was finally talked into getting the 3-pack (tv, cable & phone)as I didn't have a house phone before because I would have an enhanced internet. Well, now since that was installed I haven't been able to access my office to work from home because it won't allow VPN through new model/router and I was advised it would cost me for additional service even though the VPN worked fine before they installed the new model/router. I also found out that my neighbor was paying 25% less on their bill with more features....it's like "let's make a deal" each and every time you work with Comcast. I have Verizon fios before and never had any service problems. Unfortunately, the only provider in my area is Comcast and you know what happens when there is no competition. 5x39x

new to comcast , customer service is not very knowlegeable about their own products and features . Aside from that they lay their billing fees on one after another like i have never seen a company do before ( setup fee 9.99, installation 30.00, credit ck 50.00, del and hand 10.00, service 34.99 etc , etc etc...! You have to ask the right questions to see the scam behind their billing services - be careful or you will be out a lot of dough .. know how to work your way through these scammers and you make come out even . Service is another story ... I will have to wait to see .

Stupidest internet ever. It kept going out multiple times a day and wasnt that fast when it was on anyway. Called customer service and they were horrible. They said it would stop in a few days because they were upgrading the service in my area. They lied. I still have Comcast and it still goes out.

Where do I begin? Had issues with internet. Went to Mexico (3X), Costa Rica (1X) US (2X). No one really spoke very good English from other countries. The total days involved were 10. Issue never got resolved till it was escalated and I was given a ticket#. The only person that knew what she was talking about was from the US. AWFUL service.

I ordered the internet service to my apartment. Nov 29 they send me installation kit and I plug cable and It did not work. I called the customer service and they say something is wrong and sent me a technician. Technician did not fixed, he told us there is a wire problem in your unit and he called another technician and schedule on 12/13/2012 we did not have an internet until that date. two technician came an fix the problem finally on 12/13/2012 after 2 days I receive $46 bill. I chat with customer representative for that and she told me call again and they will refund it 7 days later another bill $140 they charge everything that they have done plus 2 month of internet service bill. I only have internet less than 2 weeks in addition if i start to using internet my order day is going to be only one month. After chatting with customer representative, I gave up because he could not understand
