Very helpful with setting up PBX, both Asterisk and Freeswitch. Ongoing service is excellent. When trouble arises (very infrequently and usually on my side) they are quick to respond, usually the same day. I rarely write reviews since I am difficult to please. I only have positive comments about this company.

I found Flowroute's web site very easy to navigate, and setup the service. Once I had my first DID line, and it worked so well, I ordered another to use on my iPad. Flowroute rates are very competitive, and far cheaper than conventional phone service, and their customer support is the best.

We were with Aretta which was bought by CBeyond (a big fish) and ruined the customer service. CBeyond failed at providing support for SIP services and didn't seem to care about us as a customer. Flowroute stepped up to the plate for us and really came through. CBeyond should take lessons from Flowroute in how to support their customers. Our printing company is in good hands with Flowroute. Thank you flowroute for your e911, and outgoing toll-free sevices. The good instead of excellent for value is because I am also a buyer and find for my need other prices but, flowroute's prices must reflect quality...

Very helpful and knowledgeable support, great product - not a single issue with this provider in 3 years now. Management portal is the best I've seen as well.

Absolutely amazing service with the best pricing I have ever seen. The service almost hurts your ear with our HD Voice phones because it is so clear.

Several years of positive experience with FR. Service interruptions extremely rare; prompt and courteous customer service attention to the infrequent issues. I have no basis for comparison -- and no motivation to check out other providers. Voice quality is very difficult to assess -- no way of knowing "who" is to blame when it falls below excellent.

I spent a few
days looking for an
alternative voice
provider for my home
office. After
careful research,
testing,
and subscriptions I
narrowed it down to
a couple of SIP
providers, since I
wanted to be able to
manage my own Cisco device
and Provider.
A couple of things as
to why I selected
Flowroute:
1. It works with all
SIP enabled IP
Phones, in my case
Cisco.
2. Subscription and
configuration was a
breeze for me.
3. Cost is pay as
you go, and
inexpensive to say
the least for my use
case.
4. Support and sales
staff are very
responsive during
normal US business
hours.
A couple of
improvements that
could be made (IMO):
1. Installation
details could be
improved (see OnSip,
they have mastered
the installation
instructions
process). This can
be written/created
offshore.
2. Current support
documentation is for
experienced
individuals only,
unlike OnSip where their
instructions are
made to tailor to
5th grade
comprehension
levels.
3. 24/7 monitoring
email support, this
can be done offshore
since it's only
email (follow the
sun model is
required for EST,
CST, PST).
Other than my short
experience in
subscribing,
contacting support,
speaking to sales,
and properly
configuring my Cisco
IP Phone,
Flowroute is off
to a good start with
an impressive
product in the SIP
VOIP market.

Overall I am extremely happy with the service that I have received. The customer service at Flowroute was above and beyond what I expected - especially for being such a small customer. The only con of using flowroute is that they do not offer any voicemail service, which some other VoIP providers do. I ended up getting a phone with a voicemail system built in, so it is not an issue if I miss calls. I would highly recommend using flowroute.
VISITOR/PROVIDER FEEDBACK:
Sean @flowroute (Dec 19th, 2013) : Thanks for the great review Rachel! We have many customers implementing a voicemail solution with one of our technology partners (YouMail). You can very easily use YouMail as a failover route and get a lot of additional features outside of standard voicemail.
