I literally couldn't ask for more. It's easy to set up an account and get running in minutes. They even give you a small credit to do some limited testing before you even pay them. All of their pricing information is presented up front and is easy to understand. It is extremely affordable. You have the option to integrate via SIP registration or via a static SIP routes. They now will sell you incoming CNAM lookups at a reasonable price. I have never heard better voice quality over the Internet. In the few months I have been using the service I have not experienced a single outage. No issues with DTMF relay or forwarding calls or any of those other chronic problems, it just worked.

Background: Our school district began considering a move to an in-house
VoIP system in 2008, at which time we began to test some IP phones and
providers. For our initial department pilot we selected a VoIP provider
that had cheap per-minute rates and low DID fees. During this initial pilot
we had good success with the provider, but there were some issues that we
just couldn?t get resolved, including dropped calls, random service outages,
and most annoying, latency. (To be really honest, we were new to the world
of VoIP and thought many of these issues were self-inflicted.) We were
trying everything to smooth out the rough edges of our deployment, and
practically the last thing to try was another VoIP provider before we
scrapped our project altogether.
In September 2011 we began our new search for a VoIP provider with
reasonable rates, low latency, and better quality calls than what we had
with our current provider, which is when we found Flowroute. Like most VoIP
providers, setting up an account was straightforward; we were routing our
first test calls through them in minutes. However, this is the point where
everything changed for us.
We were so satisfied with Flowroute that we immediately began routing not
only our department?s calls through them, but also the calls from a building
on a standalone VoIP server. Not only were these calls better quality than
our previous provider, latency was practically gone. The best part about
all of this is that the users on the standalone server didn?t raise a single
issue with our help desk regarding call issues or quality; in fact, they had
no idea their calls were being routed over the Internet instead of the POTS
connections. We instantly saw a reduction in call termination costs over
what we were paying to our ILEC.
Even while we were growing wiser regarding VoIP, we still had a few bumps
along the way, and Flowroute?s support team was there to help us even when
it was one of those self-inflicted problems. For example, shortly after we
began terminating calls through Flowroute we ported our VoIP DIDs from our
previous provider, which is when we began experiencing issues with
origination. Mo responded to my support inquiry within two minutes and
identified a mistake I had made in the configuration of our server which was
preventing calls from reaching us.
Flowroute continues to exceed our expectations and recently introduced some
new features including CNAM for incoming calls and a revamped website. For
schools and libraries participating in the E-rate program, they even
recently applied for and were issued a Service Provider Identification
Number (SPIN) by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC).
In conclusion, to say we are completely satisfied with Flowroute would be an
understatement. Flowroute?s rates, call quality, and customer and technical
support are unmatched by any provider we?ve worked with in the past. Just
be cautious of one thing ? if you sign up for an account be prepared to be a
customer for life!
Most Sincerely, Brian, Software & Data Systems Engineer, Merrill Area Public Schools.

I have used many other sip trunking providers, some cost less, but none provide the service and quality I get from flowroute.

Flowroute just works. Plain and simple. What I care about most in a VoIP provider is that I don't have to think about it once it's set up. FlowRoute meets that in spades. Their pricing is competitive. Their billing is predictable. I've used many providers over the years. What I can count on with FlowRoute is that every time one of my office users attempts to complete a call, it will go through and they will not have to think about it being VoIP, sound quality, etc. I do fault FlowRoute for not supporting G.722. I also fault their toll-free pricing... it's a little high

I implement business PBX system's, and have had the "opportunity" to work with many of the SIP providers in the US. Some good, some bad, some...horrible. Ninety percent of the time, I'm given misinformation, or the people just don't know what they are doing. This is NOT SO with Flowroute. Their terms and pricing are AWESOME, and setup is a BREEZE. I love how easy it is to add credit to my account, check records, and add services. They are also very easy to contact for issues (if ever), or questions. For my money, Flowroute cannot be beat. If I had only one CON to their service, is that I can never use the excuse that my "lines are down" so I can ignore phone calls.

I haven't tested every feature yet but all the test calls I've done have been crystal clear with low latency and 100% reliable for outgoing calls. I don't have an incoming DID setup yet so that will be the next step to port our number over. I have called their support line and also contacted them via email and responses have been pretty quick and thorough overall. We will port our number and start using the service for our everyday usage because of the great quality and support so far. I decided to start a test account with them because of the great reviews on the Internet of their service.

I have been providing VoIP solutions for close to a decade. Flowroute has been my secret weapon for years. Whether I was providing an Asterisk-based PoC for a client, or migrating clients from bankrupt SIP providers, these guys have always come through -- big time. When I am looking for the best termination rate to Pakistan Mobile, I grab gray routes off IRC and Western Union cash to Cambodia. When I want to pay premium rates for premium marketing spin, and fat middle- management, I go to LLL, YYY, and ZZZ. However, when I want responsive customer service that's knowledgeable and actually cares about the health of my clients' SIP service -- I go to Flowroute. They are tops. In summary: Fantastic VoIP ITSP, Reliable SIP Termination, Cheap DIDs, Flawless Compatibility
