I can speak highly enough about Flowroute. I use them for PSTN termination and I have one DID. They ported my home phone number from my incumbent VoIP provider in record time, and they have responded to me in minutes for technical support issues (even on Sunday). I use them for SIP Trunking through a 3CX IP PBX, and I setup a friend with a much simpler configuration (just a Linksys 3102 ATA). It's easy to setup ENAM, E911, DIDs, and failover routing, and their rates are the lowest I've found. I've been involved in VoIP for 10 years, and Flowroute by far is the best no-frills SIP trunking provider there is.
