I wasn't going to take the time to submit a review but I don't want anyone to go through what we are going through with Fonality. They sold us up front on capabilities and then did a bait and switch on the quote so that what they told us we were going to get was not part of the lower-priced quote. Lesson learned. Go down the checklist of items they promise next time. Then we started having to deal with their technical support for a bunch of small issues with calls and remote VOIP access. Let me just put it this way - if you ever have to call technical support - pack a lunch. It takes them forever to answer and if they drop your call, you are back in the que again as I discovered several times. Overall we are unsatisfied with how the system was sold and promised to us and the bait and switch on the quote. The sales team pretty much drops you like a bad cold after you sign and send them money. Then you get to deal with the most awful support que ever. We don't have time for this anymore and we will be getting another system as soon as this contract is up. Protect yourself - do not go with Fonality.

I own a small business with two remote locations, and recently relocated my main office from Texas to Colorado. I anticipated a nightmare, with troubles porting my primary numbers, difficulties getting remote sites up and running with IP phones and softphones. My experiences with a switch to Fonality were much, much better than I expected. We had a seamless transition. My numbers were ported in five days, and before the switch took place. They forwarded my main number to a secondary rollover number on my prior system and we didn't miss a call. The install of everything went extremely well. Sure, there was some router troubleshooting and such, but that was to be expected. Everything works great. Sound quality is great. I couldn't be happier.

This is the worst SP ever! phone calls drop for no reason and music on hold skips while it plays!!! Frustrating!!!!! If you have anywhere near a call center avoid Trixbox Pro!!!!

I have been with Fonality for 6 months and in this time my phone system has been down two times for more than 2 days. We have people come in to see if we are still in business. This has really hurt my business. I don't recomend this service.

I am new to the idea of selecting a VOIP provider for my business and was therefore a little hesitant in using any service provider to supply the way my business communicates both internally and with customers. I decided to go with Fonality because of the ease of use it seemed to have after a demonstration by my salesmen. He took the time to explain to me exactly how VOIP works and make sure it I had all the necessary requirements before we spoke about price. Some of the things that set fonality apart were their HUD solution. It allows me to see what is going on in my office at all times. Also I was not charged for the phones, they were free. The system is very user friendly, and once i received my phones I was up and running in no time at all. I was up and running in minutes not days like some of the horror stories about other companies. One of the best perks to choosing fonality was the ease at which I can scale as I grow. I would defiantly recommend Fonality to anyone looking to make the transition to VOIP.

The customer service and the HUD feature set this Voip apart from others. The ability to dial straight from Firefox is great too. With Fonatiy's software suite tying my Outlook, Firefox and my co-workers together through the HUD I am saving time every day and that is what we wanted, because time is money.

We moved to Fonality a few months ago and I have to say this is much easier to work with than our legacy (on premise) PBX system. Fonality was easy to deploy and their tech support team are great. My only recommendation is to see how many hops your call must go through before hitting one of their datacenters. That can make a difference in call quality.

We installed Fonality at the beginning of the year. No hassle installation, no maintenance - we just had to record our greeting message... Works like a charm.
