Have the system in place for two months and it is working well. Sound quality is a little muffled but acceptable. Tech support has been good although regular support cuts off at 5PM in your timezone. Have not had any calls dropped. Programmability is easy and offers flexibility. Value is terrific cutting my ongoing costs 75% and startup costs were essetially $0. Free phones & no contract, what have you got to lose to try them? Environment: 1 Fast DSL line, 10 VOIP numbers, 8 users, 7 Polycom SoundPoint IP 32x/33x phones, 1 Polycomm SoundPoint IP 650 w/ expander, 1 Polycomm Soundstation IP 5000 Conference Room phone; all phones using built-in switch for user PCs.

THIS IS A REALLY GREAT PRODUCT! MY SALES REP WAS PERFECT HE ALSO DID OUR INITIAL SETUP SO I NEVER EVEN HAD TO CALL SUPPORT. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS TO MULTIPLE FRIENDS WHO HAVE BUSINESSES. CURRENTLY WE HAVE 26 LINES AND WE ARE SAVING A TON OF MONEY. HUGE FONALITY FAN

Fonality provides the BEST product for the buck. They have competent tech support (unlike other providers) which is always willing to work with me. I've helped setup other Fonality based phone networks, and I've RARELY ran into an issue that was due to their product. 9/10 times it's seems to be network related (customer end...) or provider related (T1/PRI, PSTN, or VOIP carrier). People that are unhappy with Fonality's product are entitled to their opinion - however they need to state all the facts. You run a SIP friendly network, and actually KNOW what you are doing. They will make sure your phone service is up and running! Anyone that wants to pay $100K+ for a hardware based system be my guest. For the around $5k I have all those features and MORE ;)

My service with Fonality is constantly going out and I cannot get anyone on the phone to help me with the issue. Once I get one of them on the phone I'm certainly going to cancel my service, I don't even care if there are fees involved this is costing me way too much business.

Customer service and technical support are total jokes. I have never spent so much time on hold to be told that nothing can be done from "their end." I'm done sinking my money into this terrible service.

Some problems in the early days but now really happy with the service. Decent quality, excellent support and saving me a lot of money.
