I have tried many other VOIP providers and none of them can hold a candle to my new Jive setup. Here are things you need to know: 1. The setup couldn't have been more simple. I purchase 1 phone (Cisco SPA 525G from another vendor) and 2 phones (Cisco SPA504G) directly from Jive. The phones I purchased directly came preconfigured and ready to go - just plug and play. When I got the phone from the other vendor, I simply called Jive and they walked me through connecting it. 2. The Jive portal gives you complete control to manage everything about your phone service. You can program buttons on your phone, setup call trees, auto attendants, etc. Although this can get complex and confusing quickly, their support is great to help you get it exactly the way you want it. 3. The customer support has been exceptional. For those of us who don't work with phone setups on a daily basis, all of this can be overwhelming. Jive spent two hours on a web meeting with me walking me through everything I needed to know. Later on when I ran into problems, I simply called their help desk and someone called me back within a few minutes. Their help desk says they normally call customers back within 15 minutes and I found that to be true. 4. Call quality is outstanding. I have a Verizon FIOS connection for my internet and the call quality actually sounds better that the phones that came with FIOS. 5. I've been very happy with Jive and would recommend them without question.

We decided to try Jive for our voip after having issues with our current provider. We were hesitant to continue with voip because of our experience with disconnecting calls and sound issues - things unacceptable for a sales and service environment. Our neighbor recommended Jive and they were using the same Clear DSL service as our office. The customer service was incredible and the entire setup was extremely user- friendly. The transition was so easy. Even better, I've had customers tell me that this is the clearest they've heard me on the phone for over a year. Thank you Jon, Adam and Jennifer for all of your help.

We are a small non-franchised real estate company. So being cost effective was a must. Jive got that done. But we needed to have a professional first impression. With the PBX features we can route calls like any large company. We have tremendous control over call paths and messaging. As for reliability, we've never been down. The sound quality is great. We did use a soft-phone (software) at first. The sound quality on that was compromised by the workload put on the pc from my daily work tasks. Once we went to the Polycom IP phone what few sound quality issues we had vanished. As for customer service: Awesome!. I work with people every day and it can get a bit frustrating. Jive's customer service is outstanding. To their overall credit, I haven't needed customer service but a few times. But those few times, they have been polite and patient. They know the product they support and have been very helpful. When the Polycom IP phone arrived, I needed just some reassurance when setting it up. The technician handled the call as a cs rep would have. He didn't end the call until I made a test call with the new phone and made sure it was working for me. I would recommend Jive to anyone, especially micro companies like myself who want a cost effective communications tool that allows them to provide their customers with higher end services. This is one of the best choices in service providers we have made.

Jive has provided very good or excellent service since I started with them two months ago, and there have been no surprises or disappointment on the VOIP service. Their online configurable dial plan system allows you to configure your dial plan and voice mail exactly as desired. I would recommend Jive to everyone.

We owned our own phone system, and since then have used several hosting companies and Jive was by far the best as far as features (they offered call queueing which most do not), service, and price. Highly recommend them.

Just made the switch from a different Voip provider. The conversion and porting of my number was seamless. My phones were extremely difficult to deal with because of how they were set up originally. Their tech support patiently worked through my phone issues until everything was perfect. Customer service is domestic and easy to reach. Everyone I've spoken with has been very helpful. The user interface is very intuitive and provides me with the ability to have a creative dial plan that works well for my office. No more dropped/missed/bad calls. Thank you Jive!

I had them for a while. The sound quality is very good. However it's very hard to get somebody from the support to help you with something. Even from Accounts Receivable department. If your phone isn't the most valuable asset in your company, then Jive is for you!

Having switched to JIVE over 2 years ago I can't rave enough about the ACTUAL service and the CUSTOMER SERVICE / CUSTOMER SUPPORT. SUPPORT always answers the phones (and if you know its not so urgent they let you leave a message and they get to that prompt! They keep improving the features in their latest release who knows what is next!! GO JIVE GO!

We've been with Jive for five weeks now as 11/16/10. The process involved porting critical numbers from our former provider. To assure zero disruption, we hard forwarded all incoming from both providers to our cell phones throughout the transition. The first deployment of Jive services was somewhat disasterous. Long story short... I asked Jive to do the whole job again from scratch, they did just that within 48 hours and EVERYTHING has been perfect ever since! We like Jive because the price is right, their system works well and they definitely mean well. Sometimes one has to know bad in order to know better. We've been there and done that with our former VoIP provider. Hence, Jive is a keeper!
