A Welcome Change!

Our firm switched to Jive from RingCentral after 10 months - we could not take ringcentral any more. From the first call with our Jive sales rep Jen to getting our numbers ported over and beyond, this is one of the best businesses I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are totally customer service oriented. We are extremely happy with their customer service and US-based tech support. Their techs are located in Utah and speak English as their first language - what a unique thing in this day and age! They are intelligent, competent and they follow up by calling and emailing us. A very welcome change from ringcentral.

When my company was looking for a hosted pbx to replace our old phone system, I researched a lot of companies and was particularly impressed with the features available with Jive. Another thing that stands out is their US-based support. I have contacted them on a number of occasions and they have always solved my issues in a quick and efficient manner. I would definitely recommend Jive to anyone looking for a hosted pbx solution.

Love these guys

Love working with Jive. They are extremely helpful and friendly when I have to call in. Their control panel is amazing and love the call path editor. I'm a small business owner and I'm not overly techy, but I think their system is easy to set up and use. Would recommend them to anyone looking for phone service.

On November 6th, 2013 I contacted Jive and requested a new phone line. I spoke to a wonderful young lady and she provided excellent customer service in a timely manner and I had my request done within 4 hours. The young lady emailed me several times to make sure there was nothing else I needed help with? GREAT JOB Jive and hat's off to you!!!

We highly recommend Jive Communications. As a small business their phone system makes our company seem like a much larger firm. From the very first moment I contacted them every person I dealt with was exceptionally professional. Any time I've had a question I've been able to contact the same person which makes the customer service process SO much easier. Their pricing beat every other company I checked out and the sound quality is excellent as well as reliable. You can't go wrong with Jive!

GREAT SERVICE ! ! !

We brought our current Polycom phones with us to our new location and Jive made the transition very painless. In the last 2 years we have had two very brief episodes - but both were due to our Internet Provider and Jive helped us get everything resolved in short order. Jive is the best !

Best VoiP

Anytime I have a question I can quickly get an answer by calling or emailing as I prefer. When I do have a question and it has been answered then later someone contacts me to make sure there are no unanswered questions. The customer service is amazing and I've cut the cost of my phone bill dramatically.

ALWAYS GET TO TALK TO NICE PEOPLE IN UTAH IF I HAVE A PROBLEM OR QUESTION. HUGE FEATURE SET. SOUND QUALITY GREAT, VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES ON PHONES. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!
