I have used a number of VoIP service providers in the past and had multiple problems with each with regard to sound quality and billing. Jive is definitely the exception! Their customer service and tech support is nothing short of outstanding! They were extremely helpful with setting up the system on my computer and have always been available to provide tech assistance the few times I have needed it. Great company!

Jive Communications will save you money. VoIP is cheaper than your local phone company, has more features, is low maintenance, and you can take it anywhere. Jive offers great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone, anywhere.

We have been using Jive as our VOIP provider for a couple years. Jive support is consistently fast & correct in each resolution. We have enjoyed the high level of support quality as well as the quality of the VOIP service itself. We highly recommend Jive as a VOIP provider, from the positive and patient responses of the support team to the crystal clear audio quality of the service, we could not be more satisfied. It took them more than a month to port over my lines from another carrier then they told me to go ahead and terminate my previous service to soon leaving me without phones for a week and blamed it on me for not doing setup. Now after almost 2 months I still can't fax out because they said I didn't do the setup with technical support that takes more than an hour. When I did agree to do it they said it would be a week before they could schedule set up. In the mean time I have a business to run and they don't seem to care.

We're new customers (a couple months now) and after the set-up I've had to call in a few times to tweak the dial plan to suit our needs, the tech support has been extremely friendly and helpful. They always send out an email afterward to clarify the changes and check that I'm still happy with the service.

Get Jive overall has been great to work with, we have been using them for a year and half, and have had no issues with our service. We recently added Mobility so we can have softphone use on some of our computers where we do not have phone, this is new for us, so i will have to comment on that later. Overall our experience with Get Jive has been great, 5 stars all the way

I am very pleased overall with the Jive system. They give you tons of features included with their per user pricing at no additional charge. They offer an extremely easy to user interface for managing the PBX system as well as creating dial plans whether they simple or complex dial plans. I would like them to add options to be able to extend the duration of call parking and a monitor to see who is holding in a hold queue. I highly recommend Jive over any other provider. I've used a lot of them. I don't want to list the ones I used specifically but I can tell you Jive is by far the greatest and if they can extend the call parking duration time and add a queue monitor then I will be even happier. Customer service is excellent, helpful, and courteous. keep up the good work!
