So I asked myself why I did not make this move earlier? I am extremely highly satisfied with my phones, but more important with the customer service I have been receiving from JIVE. Very knowledgable, very friendly and willing to go out of their way for you. Thanks Jive!

When I was searching for a VoIP system I got a list and called about a dozen of them. Jive was one of the few people that actually had a live knowledgeable person who answered the phone, answered all my questions and didn't try to push me into something. They have helped me all the way through. Anytime I need help I can get a live person who could show me what to do. For me this system offered all the options at no extra charge. I have told lots of other business men about this system.

Other than some minor issues our transition has gone smoothly and we are happy we made the switch to jive.

i used two other VOIP providers. they both had an awkward delay when talking on the phone. Jive has NO delay when speaking. At least you can not hear one

We've been using Jive Communications as our VOIP provider for over 5 years now and are very happy with their service. Setting up our phone system was fast and easy, tech support has been very responsive, and we end up with a professional phone system for a great price. We're very happy that we chose Jive!

This is our third VOIP provider. We love Jive....best one yet, and great customer service. The set up and drag and drop call settings are the best we have seen.
