I'm a SOHO user with 9 months experience with Jive; I use two phone numbers. Jive provides top-tier service and customer support; the one issue I had occurred on installation, and they jumped to fix it when it was brought to their attention. I have occasional sound-quality issues but I it appears to be a router QoS issue which I'm monitoring. Since I started with Jive, they've expanded their online support documentation from incomplete to a full house of support docs. The two outages were short and related to end-user problems and they got me up and running immediately. No plans to leave.

This service is less expensive then our landline, allows for customization and sounds just as good as a landline connection. I also like that I can get ahold of a tech when I need one. The online web interface takes a little bit of playing with to get to know but once you know what your doing, it's a breeze! I'm glad that we went with Jive.

Easy to set up and use. The customer service and tech support are the BEST I've dealt with in a company. I have been recommending them to everyone I know.

We used three different VOIP providers before we settled on Jive. They have been the most helpful, the easiest to make changes with, the most responsive to problems and the best call quality we've had.

I watched as the technical rep setup the call handling. It was so easy that i was able to make changes to the setup myself. I have only been using the system for about a week, but the sound quality seem good but i am sure that they will adjust anything i bring to their attention that is not up to our standards

We have been Jive subscribers for approximately 3 years. We have had great service and reliability during this time, even as they have added new subscribers. A common trait amongst some telco's is to lure you in with promises, and then deliver either poor quality, reliability and especially terrible customer service. Not only has service quality and support been consistently good, it has even improved. While no company is perfect, I would recommend Jive to any business looking to use VOIP.
