One of the rare ones. In a sea of providers that are so confused by the rapid change in technology, protocols, and rules, that they are useless, Vadim is a refreshing breath of fresh air. He actually gives real answers..not call-back numbers. The service is great! We evaluate audioconference systems, and having such a great platform makes the job easier and more reliable.
