Improcom is a one stop shop for all of your business communication needs. The have a great support staff and very competitive pricing. They also did the wiring for my new office, it was done on time and the work was very clean and professionally done. I would highly recommend them.

Have been using this service for a while and couldn't be happier. The cost is great, and customer service is excellent. They really take the time to listen whenever I call with a question or a problem. Not only do they listen, they hear what I am saying and resolve the matter efficiently

Best sales support and technical customer service around. Super knowledgable, fast response to all questions, focused on providing super high quality calls. Only (very minor) issue has been calling international cell phones. But Improcom has provided support so call quality can improve in the future.

Improcom has one of the best customer service departments I have ever dealt with. Everything that I was promised, was recieved. When I called up to edit my Auto Atendenat greating it was done for me within an hour. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a well priced, reliable voip provider.
