Great services, fair-spoken employees, very reasonable prices. Since we use Improcom' PBX service, I know what I pay each $ for. Clear bills, also they make billing changes immediately and charge only the time when service is activated. And more, if by any chance I have some problems or questions, I just send email to the support and I'm SURE the task will not be ignored. Highly recommended!

We been with them for 5 years now, run my small business using these phones on a day to day basis. I dont think we would be able to be as productive in and out the office without the fowarding features and the realiability of the traffic. great service.
