After switching to Improcom, my company holds 24 phones, an automated attendant, virtual users and a T-1. The quality of this service is absolutely incredible. All employees have adapted to this new system and its many features and could not be more satisfied. Each phone is personalized and each employee has its own voice mail box. These luxuries are cheaper than most services I received quotes for. Many other companies disappointed us in their "agreements" as Improcom has been straight forward. The customer service and Technical Support team is amazing and treats their customers with respect. They do not waste your time and keep their word. I have never experienced a team of experts that return emails within minutes and quickly work to resolve all requests.

Improcom we are satisfied with. We frequently have trouble with people hearing us. Sometimes patients can't get through and tell us our phones are not working. Not all calls go through the first time dialed.

Not only is Improcom the most competitive in pricing but the on-call technical support is outstanding. There are no hold times and fast resolutions to any problem. I manage phones and technology for 30 locations and a staff of over 500 employees and I would recommend any company to Improcom.

I have worked with Improcom for almost 15 years while managing different companies. I have a habit of reviewing all vendor contracts annually and making changes when better deals are available out there. I have yet to find another VoIP service provider that can compare with Improcom's level of service. Improcom has some of the world best specialists who continuously stay on top of latest technologies and who show their loyalty to the company by staying there for many years. At the same time, Improcom offers very competitive pricing and unsurpassed service. Accuracy, dedication, great solutions for voice, networking, security systems, wiring projects, great equipment deals. Projects include design, configuration, programming, and implementation, all executed with the highest level of professionalism. They seamlessly integrate innovative processes lowering overall operating costs. Improcom staff members work as a well managed team, they take pride in their work and take care of their customers whether big or small and any time of the day or night.
