Every time I have phone AccessLine for assistance whether it be related to technical issues or accounting, etc. I have had excellent customer support. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and get me right back on track as quickly as is possible. I also enjoy the many ways I can use the Auto Attendant.

We have had this service for about 8 months and have had nothing but trouble. The calls are constantly dropping after about 10 seconds. Tech support is a joke and they keep blaming it on the internet service. They said we need to increase our speed however we did this 4 months ago and it did not make a difference. This is by far the worst product we have ever purchased. Buyer BEWARE....if you want a BIG headache then go ahead and get this phone service.

I have signed up with this company about 6 months ago. First off they offered a money back guarantee which was not true. You see I had problems from the start but they weren't that bad. The sound quality was sub par and the faxing service was a complete failure. It seemed like they were going to fix it but it never happenned. Then after the 30 days were up they just started saying it is the internet service and tell me my DSL is not fast enough. Very unhappy with these people

We have fought with this line for over six months in our office. It makes me feel foolish that I have let it go on this long. Customer service is a joke. With our previous phones, we hardly had problems. Those phones were ancient. We decided it would be a good time to upgrade as the physical phones were showing signs of wear and tear. Accessline seemed like a great option. It is the worst system I have encountered. Problems: Phones have issues: the adapters on two phones have malfunctioned. Connection: 1) we have had problems where the phones won't work for hours; 2) we have had problems where the phones cut out after 10 seconds of speaking over and over again; 3) on two of our phones, we nearly have to yell or else the person on the other end cannot hear us; Options: voicemails do not have date/time stamps. This may be user error, but it seems, having to push 3 different options to get to the actual voicemails, that the default would include time/date stamps. Customer Service: whenever we have called on any of these problems, the first thing Accessline customer reps do is blame the problem on someone else. After fighting with them for hours (no exaggeration here), they finally realize the problem is on their end. It is the most ridiculous approach to customer service I have seen. At one point, we didn't have phones for a full week and Accessline would not deduct that time from the bill. Moral of the story: pay a little more and get a better phone. If you like sporadic availability with your phones at a cheap price and with terrible customer service, then Accessline is for you.
