We have only been using the phone for 3 days, and it has exceeded our expectations so far. Customer Service is so helpful, as was the ordering of the phone system. So far, we are very satisfied customers.

We have had the system in our office for about 15 months now. The features and value are outstanding. The sound quality is good and very adequate but not great. The e-fax system is really great, as good as any I have seen. We have had only a few minor problems with equipment and that was taken care of immediately. Their customer service has been excellent! I would give them a 4.5 star rating and it would be 5 if the sound quality was better.

From the first call I made and reached CS, who took the time (almost an hour) to help me understand how VoIP works and set up a system for my office, to the service call I made this week - every member of the "team" has helped me! Not just took the call - but made sure I was happy with the results! Thank you, Dennis

I just appreciate the customer service the most. The hardware is more than adequate, but it is nice to have real people to answer questions and then take the time to follow up and make sure things are functioning! Thanks so much!

Not only is the service cheaper, but installation happens in minutes. I no longer have to travel to a new site to stuff the walls with copper. I couldn't be happier.

I would definitely recommend using Accessline. They are a great service provider and we love the phones that we received from them. They also have a great line of communication in regards to technical support and customer service. Everyone over there is very friendly and eager to help.
