Were rapid to answer and questions and were helpful in setup of the service. Saved over $100 per month from old cable company VoIP and over $300 per month over AT&T.

After a bit of a rocky start with Accessline (hardware and software issues), I have found the service and the support to be outstanding. I highly recommend this option to any small business interested in a very good, very customizable phone system and a top notch commitment to service, all for one of the most attractive rates I've found.

The overall value is great. I agree with some reviewers that the phones feel a bit cheap. But they ARE inexpensive in price too. The service has been great, it's about $100+ cheaper than the traditional phone service we had before, and the features it comes with are great for our small business. This was a cost- saving decision for us that really paid off.

I am a solo attorney who depends upon Accessline services in the legal services environment. I have no complaints. The quality is as good as regular land lines and the cost is nearly half. On the two occasions when I suffered equipment failure of minor pieces of equipment, Accessline support diagnosed the problem within minutes of my calling them and overnighted me new parts at no cost to me. I have complete confidence in this company.
