The worst customer service I have delt with in a while. Going to 2 weeks and still waiting for a replacement phone that is only a month old. It is a cheap system with cheap phones that break all the time. The positive aspect of these phones is the cost is cheap, but you get what you pay for.

When we decided to purchase a new phone system we were all terrified of the actual process of transferring the lines to a new system. WIth Accessline it was so easy it was amazing. Each time I had questions after going through the Auto attendant program with them, they helped answer my questions within minutes! They've really made this a very easy, enjoyable process.

We have used Accessline for a couple of years and are very satisfied with the service. Their customer service is excellent and they are very attentive to the needs of the customer. I tried another service before deciding on accessline and had a bad result. I recommend Accessline as a VOIP service to anyone needing VOIP or a fax number.

Our company has grown to three locations in three different states. We chose accessline for their cost effective plan, but once we tried it, we were not only happy with the qualilty, but we were blown away with the customer service! I am a person with many questions, and everytime I called there was always a friendly person on staff to talk with. They took the time to listen to what we needed and answered each question with detail.

The phone system and VOIP service are great, but the speakerphone function on the phones really stinks. I hear echos, intereference, and I cannot increase the volume loud enough for certain conference calls. While on speakerphone, the person(s) on the other line complain that it is very hard to hear me. It really stinks that there is not an IP-based polycom compatible with the phone system. In fact, although I am otherwise satisfied with the phones and the service, I wish I wouldn't have purchased the phone system because of this!!!! Buyer beware.

I am a Physician and I have a medical practice. We are not too busy. I have 3 employees. Previously I had COX providing my internet, 2 phone lines, a dedicated fax line all for about $180 per month. I was happy with the service and price but was being annoyed by a technical glitch, whenever a second call comes while someone is on line one, we hear a beep-beep where in we miss a few syllables of the conversation. This doesn't stop until someone picks up the second call. So I went on looking for an alternative. I saw Costco promoting Accessline. I clicked it and saw ?crystal clear sound quality? and fell for it. I have always had good luck with products sold or promoted by Costco. I didn't do any research before signing on to Accessline. I ordered 2 phone lines, auto- attendant, 3 desktops and 3 cordlesses. I have had the system delivered about 2months ago but it took a few weeks for them to port my phone number. That is when I was able to use this system for my business and was able to cancel my previous service provider. I had to pay both companies until then. Within a week or two I ran in to several problems. First week or two I had the cordlesses losing connection to the gateway several times. I had to make a few phone calls, reset router,Accessline base unit and the gateway several times, bring all the cordlesses next to the gateway etc. After these maneuvers several times finally that problem solved by changing a cable. A cable that they had sent was defective. There are several other issues. They advertise "crystal clear voice" it is far from true. Beware of this. In general the voice comes bit muffled and bit delayed all the time, sometimes manageable sometimes not. Voice on the cordlesses are really bad. The cordlesses are not designed well, many times while you are on phone you need to be able to use both of your hands. These are so tiny you can't briefly hold them between your shoulder and ear hands-free. By mid day their batteries are drained and they are useless rest of the day. I haven't had dropped calls on the desk phones but at least 3 or 4 calls dropped on the cordlesses. Their gateway was resetting I believe. On one occasion, it was during the daylight saving time change(we in Arizona don't participate), our phones were 1 hour off. I called customer service and reported it. They said they will fix it. They did fix it 2-3 days later. My staff were on the phones when they reset it, two calls got dropped. They could have done this in the after hours. Besides I have had other call quality issues like echoing and delay. I have made several complaints to them. Finally they ran a week long test and determined their equipments are working fine but it is my internet provider that is the problem. I called Qwest, my internet provider today and they see no problem from their end. Qwest engineer did run some test for about 8-10 minutes on my network and reported perfect. I got caught in between the blame game. I have spent enough time on phone speaking to Accessline and Qwest. It is just waste of time, you don't get any result. I think this is one of my worst business decisions. I believe sooner I end this better for my Business and my own peace of mind. I recommend to Costco to distance themselves from this company.

I have 2 physical therapy clinics, I used Accessline at one clinic for about 8 months, loved it so much I just installed it at my other clinic. Tons of great features, great customer service, love the auto attendant and the web fax!!! Very affordable, and reliable. Over the years I have tried cable phone, AT&T, and another VOIP company, none of them compare to Accessline. I have never been so pleased with a phone company.
