This service and provider has not lived up to its promise. They say reliable service but this is far from the what has happened. We run a business and have not had service for 5 days. They say its not there problem but rather its a carrier problem. Well your our provider and carrier so its your problem. I hope any one looking at this company reconsiders their decision for the cost savings on the front end is not worth it on the back end when you do have a phone that doe not work and you spend a lot of money for their equipment which does not work with other providers. When you pick a phone provider ask about their reliabilty for their customers

This service is ridiculous. The first year we experienced problems with our single wireless handset. I was instructed to reset the router/gateway multiple times with no success, and eventually customer service told me it was the internet providers fault. Right... Several of the hardline phones died right after the one year warranty expired. Thank goodness we had two extra to replace them with, otherwise we would've been charged for new phones. Many other complaints with this system with no sign of improvement by the company. Do not believe the majority of these 5 star ratings. Probably done by an employee of the company. Accessline is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

I now have two offices with Accessline voip systems and I love them. The sales and customer support teams are awesome. There have not been many issues at all and whenever I have had one, it is resolved quickly and professionally.

VoIP Service is great service for the money you pay. It's a great option for smaller businesses trying to cut costs. ACCESSLINE is an excellent Service Provider. They are reliable and the customer service is fantastic. Whenever there is an issue they handle it with the upmost professionalism and always in a timely manner.

I just switched a few months ago and I'm pleased with the results so far The customer support through Accessline is GREAT which is refreshing! The sound quality is OK. I still haven't figured out all hte "tricks" the system can do but we are all learning as we go.

Nice try but it doesn't fulfill any thing. It works for some time but stops working until powered down for a day. Even when it works, the voice quality is terrible. I switched the internet service from 8Mbps Comcast to 35Mbps Verizon FiOS but it didn't matter. I contacted the customer service, they didn't know what the problem was.
