Our business is out in the middle of nowhere, and we get a bad line from time to time, but that is more from our DSL provider rather than our voip provider. Whenever that happens, I always get very good customer service in helping to fix or identify the problem.

Had to give up my AT&T internet and go to Comcast. Everything improved immediately. Had some equipment failure after 1 year warranty, had to pay for that, they covered the 2nd failure which was less than a year after the first. Good value for the money. The atttendant serviceas are fabolous and their people are always there to help with set up. Fax service is great. Loaded it into my Laptop and take it everywhere.

Customer service is second to none. It is a gold standard for 'a perfect customer service.' They respond to emails and phone calls right away and are always willing to help instead of passing blame to our ISP.

Great service both from Tech Support and Sales. Always helpful with a pleasant attitude. We have a 6 computer set up plus 2 network printers all sharing same 25mb internet with our AccessLine phones and have had great reliability with service. Would recommend!

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences in our office. We "upgraded" to AccessLine. We have had issue after issue- I cannot stress this enough- issue after issue! We've had an average of 4 calls per day that do not ring at our office. The AccessLine Customer Service is really poor. All they have done is blame our internet service provider. When they initially told us this was the issue WE SWITCHED ISPs! We upgraded to high speed cable service, expecting that everything would be better. However, the problems persisted just as much as before. And yet when we call them all they want to do is say that there must be an error with our ISP. I wonder if there is an ISP that is "good enough" for Access Line? If there was, this would be it. We have wasted hours upon hours discussing Access Line. As a manager/owner, I can't waste any more of my time on this. We're at the end of our rope. I'm a total non-complainer, but this has me so frustrated I can't see straight. I'm just hoping someone who is considering getting this "service" will read this and the multitudes of other bad reviews and not do it.

when ever I have a problem they are always ready to help and most times it has been fixed in one phone call

Our small office has been using Accessline for about a month and we have been very happy with their service. Our only issue has been with the call sound quality, but we are still getting all of our volume settings adjusted. Great customer service and the value for the money is well worth the switch from our old "traditional" phone service.
