The only problem I have had with this company is the fax upload software does not allow me to fax PDF's which is what I fax most often.

Basically, I am pleased with the system. I do have a bit of a problem with the sound. Customer service has been very helpful in all regards. I just need time to go through manual and understand all the features that this system offers.

We are a small company that has used VoIP from Accessline for almost three years. The system features are great and the phones and menus are really easy to use and manage. Our only issues have been with reliability. For example, leading up to the November 2010 elections, all of our calls were being dropped because an increase in call volumes (e.g., robocalls related to the election) were overwhelming their system. Accessline worked hard to solve the problem and then gave us a large credit on our account. We can always count on Accessline to work with us until we are happy.

I am the partner in a small law firm and our phone changes became cost prohibited. Accessline was a savior and their customer is excellent.

I have had some sound quality issues, so I recently upgraded my broadband to see if that fixes this issue. I am otherwise happy with the service except that my personal voicemail box does not have a date/time stamp, so I am unable to determine the date and time a message was left.

Terrible phone service. I went with this company because they are a business partner of Costco, who is usually associated with quality products and services. From the very beginning the phones didn't work well. We were unable to retrieve voicemails and would have dropped calls. As a busy medical practice this was terrible customer service for our existing and possible new patients. The call quality was terrible; the auto attendant had difficulty handling our call volume (we only have 3 providers in our office). When I called to stop service, although I had no contract they said that payment for the (unreliable) hardware was now due in full and they had no buy back program for it. Now I'm stuck with a phone hardware system that is obsolete--it works with nothing else! I really hope someone from Costco reads this because their affiliation with them is ruining their reputation.

Access Line's customer service has been consistently outstanding. Each time I've called, they've been patient, provided clear instructions and excellent suggestions. Installation was smooth and easy. They're a great company to work with.
