Accessline can handle multiple lines for a fraction of the cost of the competitors with excellent service and good sound quality. I got a free dedicated fax line and their customer service is superior to any other company I have dealt with. If they can't fix it while I am on the phone with them they will fix the problem and call me back and let me know they very same day. I highly recommend it for small business applications.

Our company went with Accessline over 2 years ago. We moved offices recently and they were terrific with my questions and fax issues.(my fault) Jennifer Crilly, Accessline customer service made sure that we were "up and running" the same day. I feel VoIP is a great value with lots of business options. I'd recommend VoIP service to everyone with limited budgets and big ideas!!

I have mixed feelings about this because we have AccessLine VOIP at 2 locations. At the first location, it works great, features are wonderful and even the wireless phone works great. However, at the second location, the phones cut out and the wireless connection is really bad (always cutting out). Modem needs to be reset daily to get phones working. I'm not sure if it is the DSL though since the one system works so well. We are saving lots of money from our old phone bills at both locations which is a big plus for us as we are a non- profit.

Sound quality is the feature that needs some work- Many times there is a delay to hear the caller speaking or the line is very muffled ect. -But overall the customer service is one of the best services we deal with out of any of our vendors!!! Great Job!!!

I was introduced to Accessline by Costco, a source in which I have confidence, and a source which qualified me for a nice discount. I also considered Ooma, Hijack and some High end systems for my business. I chose Accessline because it offered features and scalability at a great price. Service has not been trouble free. There were issues marrying Accessline to Time-Warner Business Class, and to multiple routers. All is working well now, and customer service has always been prompt, helpful and professional.

Mac users BEWARE!!!!! I have had a frustrating two years with Accessline. Maybe it works well if you use a PC, but if you use a Mac they are clueless to trouble-shoot, their fax software doesn't work, and service is unreliable. Almost none of the features they advertised work the way they said they would - we made compromise after compromise and while they are very nice and helpful, they shouldn't sell their product to Mac users. Now that I "own" all this equipment, I am faced with having to find another provider and probably pay for all new equipment. Arghhh. . .

We're new users of AccessLine and we have been very pleased so far. The service has been excellent and the value is superior to AT&T. Have not had a conference call yet but I expect it to go well also.
