The support staff at Accessline should write a book on quality customer service. Everytime I've called, anyone answering the phone is knowledgeable, quick to respond and most importantly, really seem to enjoy their work. It has always been a pleasure and real eye opener into great customer service/support. Bravo! Hopefully communication of the future and customer service to boot!!

I've tried many different phone systems. We have settled on Accessline for the past several years. Once we got the system running, it's been smooth sailing. Their customer service is beyond any company we've worked with. They stick with you until every issue is resolved. Very satisfied.

Overall, the VOIP service package is a very good value for the services and price. Customer service is always excellent. Web-based fax service is very convenient, especially faxes received which can be saved as a pdf file or forwarded by email. But sending faxes by either the web-based program (sending speed is too slow especially when file is large) or the fax function from the base equipment (connection problem with receiving fax machine) is a challenge.

We started out with Accessline 4 years ago and the whole VOIP thing just did not work well for our company. Now, 4 years later, we've expanded our VOIP services with Accessline to cover all 3 of our offices plus a few work-at home users, coast to coast coverage. Times and service have changed for the better. It's a ton cheaper than our Verizon land lines, so we just dropped all our Land Lines. Any time I've had issues come up, the phone support has been great. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for VOIP services for their business.
