We have had bad connections (day or days at a time) & no connections on some occasions in the last 2 years since I have worked here. Accessline is: Not expensive, lacking other features that other services have & not good sound quality. However, people on customer service line are well trained, know the product & have great communication & people skills.

Accessline's Customer Service and Tech Support are exceptional. Not only are they based stateside, they speak American English. How novel is that?

I appreciate Accessline's system. It adapts well to my business's needs, has proven reliable and has excellent sound quality. The great customer service overshadows even the high quality provided by the system. Though my company is small, our phone needs are somewhat complicated. The situation is made even more complex by an indecisive owner who changes his mind about the set-up daily. I've had to call customer service with questions and seeking guidance on many occasions and have always been met with patience, friendly attitudes and expertise. I highly recommend this service.

The value is phenomenal specially for a small business or a start-up. The products do the job. But the best is the customer support. Accessline is so helpful on the phone and very patient. They always follow up AND GET THIS, THEY ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO!! ON TIME EVEN!!

Customer service is outstanding. The Phone system is easy to operate and does everything we need. The only down side is that there is no way to attach a PA system for our garage. Other than that we are very satisfied with Accessline.
