I've used their VOIP service for many years but recently the line didn't work for months. The line works for calling out but not calling in. I was told I never pick up phone call at home. Actually the line didn't work. Even call forward didn't work. I called their tech support number but it just asked you to resubmit activation of the number. I tried few times but never work. Their tech support line never pickup phone call (kept waiting forever). I emailed them, they asked me to call tech support. Called to cancel the VOIP service, they asked us to return the device by MAIL at my OWN cost. I cannot drop them off in person at their stores. Why?

Was never told about auto renewal of service. 4 days after noticing a charge on my credit card (all happening during corona virus outbreak, April 2020). I called customer service asking to disconnect service. Both my wife an I have lost our jobs due to the virus. Was told that I'm 4 days late and that they wouldn't refund my $70. Greedy company with lack of compassion.

We have been using iTalkBB for a few years now, quality is not the best, you would not even know when it is not working and you have to reset it over and over again to get it working again. It's inexpensive but you get what you paid for. DO NOT take any trial TV service, they will make you jump through hoops to cancel and claims everyone is busy, they store won't take the return even you talked to their customer service to cancel in front of them... You have other options. Be aware!

There are more days the phone not working than the otherwise. I have been with this company for over 10 years. It just getting worse in recent years

Never use this company! I did not renew my contract but for just making sure I called them before the expire day to cancel the service, but they just ignore me. They promised to call me back in 48 hours, 24 hours, 2 hours, half hour..., never called me back, I waited many days still can't get contact with them, meantime they just charged me again! This is sham as a company run by Chinese, no dignity at all! Shame on you ItalkBB!

I ordered TV only and was charged for phone service. I never used ITalkBB phone service for even a single day and they took my money for a year until I found the truth.

iTalkBB sucks. The sound quality is so so and when I tried to cancel, they find way to charge me. Use Vonage, it is better and fair. This is company ran by China practice which is shady at best.

I tried ITalkBB service and decided to cancel within the 30 days trial period. I called in the morning and took 38 minutes for someone to call me back to cancel my account, they put rush for me as I work night shift and would need to sleep during the day. After 5 hours and nobody called me. Called them again, they said 24 to 48 hours they will call me back. Cancelling service shouldn't take this much time. It shows that they have very poor customer service.

I have been using iTalkBB service almost 10 years for home phone service, and TV and mobile recently. At the beginning I compared all the providers and price, and I thought iTalkBB was the best choice. I still think the same as the price is much lower than other providers I have looked at. The customer service is great I think compared to other providers. Living in a different country and being able to have such Chinese connections through TV programs I really feel is appreciable.
