Customer service is absolutely terrible; they don't respond promptly, they always respond with canned answers and don't attempt to resolve problems. The phone doesn't ring about half of the time when people call, even though my internet connection is very stable.

The call quality becomes choppy if I am trying to use the internet while I am talking on the phone. This may be an internet issue, though. I don't know how to resolve this.

I was nervous switching over to voip, but this service has been virtually flawless from day one. Basically this service so far has been exactly what I wanted - a drop-in replacement for our former landline that is inexpensive and reliable.

I used a Voip company (will leave nameless) about 2 years ago but gave it up because it just wasnt working. I decided to try it again. This time I went with ITP as the reveiws on the site seemed pretty good. I'm glad I did. Not only am I saving money, the service actually works. Kudos to ITP.

Had less then one month because of poor sound, echos and static. Also complete loss of service intermittently. I canceled before my first month and my credit card was charged $99.99 with no explanation. I assume they will credit my card when they receive the equipment I paid to ship back. I cannot recommend this provider.
