Nextiva's product is great but what makes me so happy about being a customer is the level of service. They truly care about their customers and support is top of the line. I paid a cancellation fee to my previous provider in order to switch and it was a smart move.

Nextiva's customer service is great. Their support has been very helpful in getting me started and I feel like I should share my experience with others. I chose Nextiva based on its positive reviews and helpful sales information. My account was setup quite fast and I called their support after signing up in order to go through the setup process. I'm not too technical so they walked me through the majority of the process and it was a pleasure speaking with them. I am no pro in their system but I'm sure I'll get a hang of it over time. I highly recommend Nextiva's phone service for people interested in finding a new provider.

I cancelled my service with AT&T once my contract expired with them and performed a detailed search to find the best phone company based on my needs. I received multiple quotes and spoke to many companies - after about 3 weeks of research I decided to go with Nextiva. One thing that I loved about them was the fact that they offered a 30 day money back guarantee. My account was setup very fast and I received my phones in 2 days - which is quite impressive for ground shipping. I called their support to receive help for setting up my auto attendant and my employee account. Overall I am yet to experience any major issues with their service and I would recommend them for anyone who is looking for new service. As my business grows I will continue to add lines of service.

Nextiva is a great deal for the price. I haven't had any problems and they have really nice people in support. I'm paying about $30 per month and the features that come with my plan are top of the line.

Had VoIP for about 9 months now and so far has been reliable phone service. Had a couple of dealings with customer service and they were responsive to our minor issues. Overall a good experience so far and love the features.

No complaints or issues with Nextiva. Customer service is good, price is good, sound quality is great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a solid business VoIP solution.
