Great job by the sales team but no implementation. When I called after two months to ask where my service was, I waited on hold forever, and then was told that I had never sent in the needed porting forms. I was then told that it was scheduled for the first of the month (three weeks ago) and then once Tom figured out that wasn't right, I waited even longer for him to tell me that it was my fault again because I hadn't sent in the proper forms. I asked for a refund and was told, "you HAD the service for two months." If the number had never been ported, how did I have the service? Never an apology for any inconvenience. Why didn't they follow up I asked? Apparently he felt that people pay in full for a year's service and then just don't bother to set it up - so I guess they just don't worry about it. Ridiculous.....or a great scam. Perhaps this was the first time this guy had ever dealt with an upset customer - but what a terrible attitude. If I did business this way, I would have been out of business years ago! When I stated clearly that I did not want to do business with them based on this, I was told that they would "most likely" refund all of my money. Not impressed....

Been using Nextiva for 2 years because it helps our company look good while also supplying the services we need. We use a toll free number with department/personnel extensions, call routing, and the iPhone app and it's really serving a purpose for us.

We've been using Nextiva for over a year and love it. It made our move from an office space to working from home so much simpler. Voice quality is clear and the connection is just as reliable as a landline phone service. Got no complaints!

Nextiva is a joy compared to all the other providers I have dealt with. System was up and running within three days including porting the old number. Planning on upgrading to PBX now too for the office as it's definitely more cost effective than any other provider and the added features like voice to email and call waiting music make it a no-brainer.

My assistant and I have been connected with customer service for at least 6 hours so far with little result. We finally have been able to get phone service in and out - but other services are still not working. Service rep says that initial connections are problematic with Nextiva.

Nextiva is the third VOIP service I've used and I've come to depend on it completely for all my business phone connections. The other companies don't even come close to Nextiva's service quality and the level of product they deliver. They are reliable, for my business cost-effective service that you can depend on day after day.

When I compare what regular phone companies give for the price and what Nextiva gives, Nextiva should be used by every business. I've been very happy with the phone service. It just works well, all the time. Whenever I need help and call in to their support department, the people are kind and really helpful. Go with them if you're on the fence about switching phone companies.

After a week with Nextiva I can already see a world of difference compared to the last company I used. They really have their act together. With the other company I was dealing with call quality issues daily and "customer service" was brain dead, but so far Nextiva has been fantastic. My calls sound better and the setting up the phone lines was a breeze. Thanks to the team at Nextiva that helped me decide how to set up the system to work best for my company.

Great customer service based here in the USA. Problems or question are resolved quickly in 1 phone call with someone who understands me without having to repeat the question 3 times and without having to assure me that they will solve the problem.
