I switched to Nextiva and have been very happy with the level of support. Every thing I have experienced with them has been outstanding. Easy to use and good support.

We are in the process of dropping Nextiva after using them for five years. The reliability of Nextiva's system has drastically decreased over the last year and the customer service is on par with AT&T or Cox (not in a good way). Despite calling customer support no less than 20 times asking for someone to help address the reliability issues I've only been contacted once and shortly thereafter I recieved a closed issue notification via email. No follow-up for issues on their side. Our IT department has thrown their hands up in the air after giving Nextiva multiple chances. We are following the throngs of other companies that are leaving Nextiva for other VoIP providers due to Nextiva's declining product.

Sharing feedback on my experience with companies I use for business or anything else for that matter is rare. However I must say that Nextiva has been a great service for my business. I immediately saved $450 each month and the transition to their phone lines was simple. I held off on making the switch to their service for months, but I decided to make the move when my contract with Century Link expired. While the switch to their phone service included a nice break in my monthly phone bill fees, it has not been the greatest advantage of switching. With Nextiva I now have phones that actually work! The service with Century Link was spotty at times and the technicians were not easy to deal with. Stopping the service with Century Link was great and Nextiva was a great find. As they say, Amazing. One thing I suggest when looking into signing up for their service. Ask if they have any specials on phone equipment. I got all of my office phones for free while every other company wanted to charge me $90 for each phone.

For our commercial phone lines we use Nextiva. The reason we signed up with their service was because we were moving business locations and needed new Internet and phone lines. Setup was simple and customer service is really good. My top recommendation goes to Nextiva. - Virginia M.

Between my business partners and I, we've tried nearly every VOIP company for business. When we decided to start our new company we all discussed what would be best for what we're looking to do and Nextiva stood out. First and foremost the customer service is great. Every single person is helpful and easy to work with. We are never transferred to India and or some other outsourced country. Dealing with them is a delight. Call quality is consistent and we can make calls from our office and cell phones which is a great convenience, especially when traveling. I can testify that all companies are not the same and it really comes down to which company is best for your business. For us, Nextiva has been a perfect company.

They call it amazing service and I know why, Nextiva is the best around. With the ability to manage our phone users from one main control panel and customer service that is actually real and helpful, Nextiva gets my praise for being an amazing service. Whenever I need to make a change to our phone system, I call Nextiva, the answer immediately and get my question addressed in seconds (literally).

They are willing to stay on the phone with me for as long as I need. I'm never rushed off the phone with Nextiva and they really take time to make sure I'm pleased. Their customer service is top tier. I never am put on hold, transferred and they don't read scripts to me. The onboarding experience and value of this service has made it an easy switch from Comcast. If you're thinking about a new company for phone service, switch.

It's a good service that I recommend for most businesses I know. Service is easy to setup and the customer support is an asset. They've always been helpful.

I purchased phones and service from them in March. Considering the other phone companies I use and have experienced, Nextiva is the best of all. I would rate them 5 stars for everything, however, I rate them a 4 for features since I feel like there are features that I don't know about and don't understand. While the phone service is good and so is the customer service, the features are a bit too much. Based on my view in the control panel there are literally hundreds of ways to configure the phones. This may be good for some, but I prefer simplicity.

Reliability was so bad I had the forward the calls to another line with my cable company. Takes roughly 20 seconds before a call starts ringing (outgoing) In 6 months I have called for service problems roughly 20 times, half the time they can't even find my account. They don't seem even slightly concerned about the issues ive had. Go elsewhere.
