needs a way to purge voicemail so it does not fill up but besides that it is great.

I have used this service numerous times. Each time the rep. has been polite, professional and extremely knowledgable. Also technology is not my strong point but they have always been extremely patient and that has allowed me to complete the task at hand.

Pro's - $20 per user is cheap and you get what you pay for. You can get a free Softphone client (rebranded Bria) Con's: Sound quality is horrible. (Even using their softphone - same PC, usb headset, etc. Skype is 10x better and OnSip.com is 10x better). Customer service while nice and 24x7 is nothing more than a glorified secretary using the same FAQ support knowledge base available to you). They lock down the phones. If you're use to modifying settings in a PolyCom or BYO softphone, forgetaboutit. They lock down call routing to an idiot proof level. Time of Day routing is only on certain features but not find-me-follow-me. So if you enable that and somebody calls after hours, hope you wanted to take it on the cell phone in the middle of the night. Overall, stay away. Spend a little more, get higher quality sound and somebody answering the phone that isn't a ticket-taker.

Phonebooth has been completely down two times in the past few months. Today it was down again but it was out fault our bill was late. Bill sent on 9/1 and due on 9/15 so after 13 days phone service was cut off. I quickly paid the bill but then was told I had to wait 24 hours for my service to be reinstated because billing left at 5:00 PM EST.

When I signed up for Phonebooth service, the delivery company they hired to send me my very expensive telephone delivered the package to the wrong address. What did Phonebooth do? Nothing. No help, no support, nothing other than 'it's not our problem your $200 phone never made it to you.' I had to track down the package on my own and reclaim it. Since then, I've had nothing but problems. Most recently, the system calls my phone at random times, like at 3AM or 5AM on a Saturday morning. Calls get dropped frequently, call quality is horrible despite their promises of high quality audio, and the support is ABHORRENT. If you're considering getting Phonebooth, call their phone number and see how long it takes to talk to sales. Your call will be taken immediately. Then, call and see how long it takes to talk to customer service. Not one of my six calls has allowed me to talk with an agent in less than twenty minutes. That says everything that anyone needs to know about Phonebooth. I have a problem, they can't figure it out, and their answer to 'please make my phone stop ringing in the middle of the night?' Provide them with more information, like I have the answer to why it's happening. But they're not in a huge rush to fix it, either; despite claiming to be a 'business class' solution, they neglect open tickets for days on end. The only thing they're interested in doing is making sales.

I have been a customer for only a couple of months so the jury is still out, but their customer service has been tremendously difficult to deal with. Often messages don't get responded to and the buck seems to get passed when I do speak with someone. If there were an alternative to their service, then I would definitely jump ship.

My company uses Phonebooth phone service. I am out of the office frequently so the find me/follow me feature works out perfectly. I was looking for inexpensive business VoIP that had the features I needed. I found Phonebooth easy to set up, had no problems with voice quality, and is a great value.
