We have had nothing but trouble with Phonebooth since we signed up a year ago. I am coming to this website to find assistance selecting a new provider. Phonebooth regularly drops calls, has bad call quality and often there is no service at all when we get to work, despite the fact that our internet is fiber optic and runs really fast. Beware!!!

Very good message service. Has numbers in a lot of states, many local areas in my state(didn't check elsewhere). I'd suggest trying them if you need an internet message service.

Phonebooth provides a professional front for your small business. The Free solution is limited, but a great way to get started. OnDemand is a great choice to grow your business. Hopefully the future brings some flexibility and a hybrid between the Free and OnDemand services (i.e., "users" which are forward-only, and only consume inbound minutes), and a fax-to-email service -- these two points will push them from "Really Good" to "There is Simply No Alternative", in my opinion. Good show!
