Very not happy with Phone power, I always had echo people just hated to call me. Tried taking care with tech support never helped. My friends just told me all the time switch away we can't talk to you on the phone.

Actually signed up at VOIP.com, who is Phone Power. Took about 10 working days to port my transferred number but they didn't charge my billing until the porting was done. Had slight issue with hooking up equipment but called and left a voice mail and they called me back in less than 5 minutes. Problem handled promptly and well. Nice features. Good voice quality. Like the internet account settings site much better than VYL Media. Had VYL Media for 5 years but their pricing just got to be too much. So far, Phone Power/VOIP.com ROCKS!

Friendly US cust service. Available on weekends too. They've been around for 6 years so I'm not too worried about them going under like some other companies. I've never had any problems with them.

The results from switching to Phone Power were just as I?d hoped if not better. I had Vonage before and was paying way too much when there are other cheaper services just as good out there. The quality was good before and there hasn?t been a change with the switch. I?m just paying less and getting more features.

Have used Vonage for several years before switching to PhonePower; much better value especially for $8/month (prepay for 2 years). Sound quality not as good as Vonage, but adequate AS LONG AS YOU HAVE CONSISTENTLY GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION/SPEED. We had poor internet service before and was frustrated with the dropouts/clarity in phone conversations. Once we switched ISP, no more problems with PhonePower. PhonePower seems to be the best deal on the net.

Great Price. Great Features. Love talking to US when I call them, Cloned line, Ability to make overseas calls via my cell phone and how any service interruption (DSL, Power outage, etc.) has phone automatically roll over to cell phone.

I'm really happy with my experience with this company. I transferred my number safely for free and it's worked smoothly. My parents live in a different state and still have a landline which costs them long distance to call us so I got a "virtual" number local to them. They call that number and it rings on my regular line for $5/month. Very cool.

Its hard to beat two years for $200. Its been way cheaper/more reliable than my previous phone companies and its just EASY. I'm not that technically gifted and I managed to set it up just fine. I love the block list and I'm sure the telemarketers that used to annoy me do not. I was able to cut those annoying calls down quite a bit. I did bring over my number with me to the service, so I may just change it anyway since you can get a new number pretty much anywhere in the US even if you don't live in the area its based out of. I found that pretty cool. All in all I'm very happy with the service.
