After using phone power in my home successfully for about two years now, I decided to cut costs and eliminate my business landline to switch to them too. I need reliability in a business setting and phone power is the one to go with for that. The account page is easy to navigate and it helps that I can keep track of calls easily with the call log and the visual voicemail list. There are so many ways I can set up the incoming calls to how I want it (ringing my cell at the same time as the biz line or set it to ring biz line, then my cell, then home line) I can have a couple people using my business number at the same time with the free extra line given. Faxing has never been an issue either. Paying about $15 a month for it is a huge savings from before. I couldn?t be happier with the outcome.

I have had Phone Power for over a year, and it works perfectly most of the time. It's the times that it doesn't work properly that drives me to write this review. Lately, I've been getting lots of errors when I pick up the phone (at least once a week), that make me unavailable to use my phone. I've also had complaints from my friends that they've been unable to reach me at times, or they're disconnected during a call. I occasionally hear a loud echo in the phone as well, which is very annoying to have to listen too! I've tried contacting tech support a few times on these issues, and usually get the run around quickly, as they can't pinpoint my issue, and of course "no one else has experienced this". In case you're wondering, I keep a good tab on my internet connection for downtime, and when the problem exists, it's usually not because my internet went down.

Phone adapter device worked for 1 year, than suddenly went dead. Called support and was advised that I would need to pay $49 replacement fee. According to support I was using wrong power adapter. We are using the same power adapter they shipped to us. So this is just another way to get money from the customer. Tech support is no help at all. Since we paid for two years upfront they give you no choice. You can't get you money back or buy your own device.

There are plenty of Voip services out there and I?ve tried a few, most recently being Vonage. I got sick of paying what I feel is way too much for service with them when there are other companies like Phone Power that offer just as good, if not better service for cheaper. The international calling is still very affordable and I get 60 free minutes monthly as well. They also throw in a free ?cloned? line so you can have more than one person on the same line on different calls. The quality is like I said, just as good if not better than my previous providers so I see no reason not to stay with them.

Phone Power service is TERRIBLE. It constantly is non-functional. I have spent hours on the phone (my cell phone, as their service does not work) with their technical support which generally will make the phone work for a short amount of time, but then just like clockwork, dropped calls, clients cannot call in, I can't call out, and the most horrible thing in my current lexicon, "device not registered", over and over again whey trying to use the phone. Phone power is polite, prompt, courteous and I think they really would like to make the phone work, they are simply unable to do so. Phone power is a waste of money, period.

Great for home or business. I've been using it for voice and faxing and have been very pleased. The price is just so much better than a landline theres no reason not to go to Voip.

I wish I had switched to a voip service sooner. I'm glad I found Phone Power on the first try though. Its worked reliably and has cut my bill by quite a bit. Gave a 4 on the features because I was really hoping for a mobile app, but at least they are coming out with the Iphone app. The other features like the free second line and call block list more than made up for not having that right away. Customer service was polite. Definitely would recommend.

no phone services for 5 days already and can't get any help. try live chat tech support but was ended by technician without helping other than just telling me to unplug and plug the phone system back. wasn't able to get contact since. really lousy tech support and services!
