They have a quite attractive list of features. Another line, softphone, fax catcher, to name a few free ones that enticed me. And I can set up my call forwarding about a bazillion different ways depending on where I want the calls to ring, super convenient. Great price.

Finally customer service in the U.S.! I was so glad to hear that when I called. I didn't have to spend a lot of time on the phone with them since they clearly explained the answers to any of my questions. I give them a big thumbs up on their technical support. I had an agent walk me through the set up, which actually turned out to be pretty easy. Great price, helpful support, and my service has been steadily reliable. Also echoing other customers that are happy to be able to utilize that cloned second line feature to have a couple calls going at once. I like to spread the word when I find a reliable company and will be referring my friends to take advantage of the $10 refer a friend credit.

Since I decided to try this company due to the positive reviews on this site I wanted to post my feedback on my experience. So far they have lived up to their reputation as a quality company. I received the device in the expected amount of time and was up and running. Seeing as how even the most expensive plan was only $19.95/mo I figured I couldn't really go wrong for the price. The quality has been just as good as when I had my landline (which was clear as well). Phone Power is an all around great deal.

I've bounced through a couple of VOIP companies over the years and I've finally found the one I'm sticking with. The quality is great. I'm on a one year contract and it's hard to believe the service is under 70 cents a day. The voicemail to email feature is handy for me. Just paid for shipping and the adapter was free. I liked that were was not an extra charge to port my number. I've been a happy customer and plan on renewing with a two year plan when my year is up.

Not a good start. The service itself took 5 days longer than I was told originally with no explanation why. Then within the first month of service I lost phone service 5 times. Very disappointed in product.

Very pleased with delivery and setup. I had my phone number ported over and it went smoothly. Sound quality is better than our hard line provider. Everything works as advertised and we are very satisified with the service and would recommend it to others. I do think the quality of the internet connection is very important to also have satisifactory service.

service goes out often and the only way you know is that you have not received any calls in awhile. Trying to call cust service is useless and online chats say that the service is temporarly out. I've had them for 2 years now and will move on to another service. PS- attempted to try out Ooma, absolute incompetence right out of the gate. I have returned that POS product.

I wasn't sure how I would like the service so I just signed up with the month to month no contract plan at $19.95, even though they give you 30 days from when your service starts to decide to get out of a contract without the fee or not, I just didn't want to risk getting locked into anything. I didn't need to worry though, I've been very happy and even made the leap to prepay for the $199.95 with second year free. Great service all around.

Made the jump from the old telephone company. Actually very surprised at the quality and huge savings. Thank you Phone Power

Phone power is a top notch company. I've been with a couple other VOIPs and haven't been treated as well as I have been with Phone Power. Knowledgeable tech support is a huge plus. Picked the $14.95/mo plan so happy with the price as well. I use the free softphone when traveling which works well for me. So relieved to call into them and hear someone I can understand on the other end since they don't route calls outside the U.S. Adapter came quicker than I thought and I was up and running! I wish all my other VOIP experiences had gone this smoothly.
