many features listed don't work if you use one ie: if you have your outgoing caller ID blocked, you can't block income callers whose IDs are blocked, if you set up different phones to ring, like first calling your home number then cell, you can't answer the phone from the first called phone. I get a lot of calls I can't answer and have to call people back if their caller ID is displayed. Also, the $199 for the year with second year free wound up costing me nearly $300 with all their fees, taxes and second year fees. Still at an average of $12 a month, it's not bad

7 months later and it is still working very good. Service during set up was prompt and excellent. Only 1 problem - my DSL provider (ATT) put me on a different line when I went to DLS only with NO phone service. This one has never had the quality of DSL of the old one, which results in ocassional loss of a word during a conversation. I use the exact same equipment for phone service at a different house, but have RoadRunner as the broadband provider instead. Service is pretty much perfect there...

Phone Power tech support could not get my service working, they gave up after 2 hours on phone. That's understandable as I had an older modem. Problem is they charged me for 2 months service even though I never was able to place or receive a call. This is an unscrupulous business.

I have only had this service for about a month, but I already love it. I was with Vonage for the past 2 years and they have superb quality voip service, but are a little pricey. Nowadays we have to save money where we can so that leads me to Phone Power. The price is great and the service is as good or better than Vonage. Most people don't really understand how voip works and they blame poor service on the voip provider. In most cases the internet they are on is the culprit though. It's not enough to have a fast connection, but also you need a quality connection. One that has no packet loss, low jitter, and no latency. If your connection is fast enough and has all the other qualities mentioned, then just about any service will work well. Phone Powers price was the thing that made me switch. $14.95 per month for 2 years is a steal. On top of that, I also got a $79.99 credit applied to my account, so I essentially get 4.5 months of free service to start for free. You see, when you purchase a retail pack, which includes all you need to get started, such as a phone adapter and so on, for $79.99, they refund the purchase price with credit on your bill. If you are a savvy shopper you can find the adapter cheaper. I found mine on ebay for $25.00. It was brand new, but the package had been damaged in shipping and could not be sold in the store. I still got the $79.99 credit so I came out $55.00 ahead. Cool Huh! Anyway, if the service wasn't great then a low price wouldn't matter. I highly recommend Phone Power to anyone that has a great internet connection.

The device was easy to set up. I'm very happy with the rates I pay now. The international rates are cheap and comes with 60 free minutes too. I really like all the features and I was told they will be coming out with more soon! Would recommend!

Exellent service. 5 months in now and have been happy with quality. Cheaper than my old providers. Didn't have to pay pesky activation fees.

When my wallet is happy, I am happy! Call quality is great and service is reliable. I enjoy the price as well with the 14.95 2 year plan. Customer service is always friendly and helpful when I have questions.

I have been very happy with my expierience so far. The sound quality rivals the landline I had before. I started with a new number to make sure it would work properly, then ported my number when I was satisfied the service would meet my expecations. Couldn't beat the 199.95 for two years price for the all the features it came with like click2call and simultaneous ring. Very satisfied with the friendly support I received from a call center that is in the US.
