Good service, excellent value

Initially had sound quality issues which I worked through with technical service. Now occasionally voice reception has a metallic quality, but most of the time it is good. Phone Power offers excellent value for its cost.

This is a great service. It saved me boatloads of money. I love the features.The customer service providers are very helpful and friendly. I love being able to pay my bill in one payment and not think about it for two years!

Great features and price

My favorite feature is telling Comcast that I use PhonePower because a cloned line is provided at no additional charge and PhonePower costs less. I use the cloned line with my 2-line cordless phones so I can make and receive calls while my wife is chatting with her friends. I also use the remote fax feature to easily receive faxes. So why only four stars? Technical Support is a bit too hesitant to replace hardware but it does keep their cost down.

We are retired and live part of the year in Florida and part in Arizona. I like the fact that I can unplug the phone equipment and plug it in in the other and have the same phone service. I use a Google voice number in one location so we have a local number at both locations.

Great Service with Phone Power

We have had Phone Power for a few years now and have had great service with them. The customer service folks are easy to talk to and treat you with the attitude that a customer is very important. We are planning to move across country and the Phone Phone box will be going with us.

Calls Forwarded to Cell-phone During Outages

I wasn't even aware of a Comcast outage until I started getting 'home' calls on my cell. Worked out great!! I've been using Phone Power since they took over my voip.com account and couldn't be more pleased with the service. When I had a problem, customer service was extremely helpful and pleasant. I don't even think about looking for another provider.

Excellent quality in service delivery and especially in customer service, because there are two Brazilians who really are professional and polite when asked.
