The technical support has been great! Even when I couldn't get a first call resolution a few weeks ago as we worked on provisioning some 3rd party phones, I never walked away feeling unsatisfied with the call. As Director of Operations here at Alterra Care LLC, I've worked my way up the IT chain and I've seen some horrible call centers in my day, but I can honestly say that RingCentral has one of the best . Very professional. Very considerate of my time and you guys LISTEN. So please keep up the good work. You have solidified me and my company as loyal customers. Thank you.

The person who helped me was amazing. When I called I had no idea how complicated what I was trying to do was. She walked me through all of it and also helped me with two other issues I was having. She was patient and knowledgable and even educated me on the issues so that I would be able to fix them myself in the future without having to call up. I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with RingCentral.

Aside from the 45 minute hold until a representative was able to help me, the experience was excellent! Great rep! She was very polite and helpful. Service like the way she provided is what keeps me loyal to Ringcentral! Thank you guys!

My CPA informed me that they only received a partial fax from me. I contacted RingCentral to ask if we could test my fax number to see if the problem was on my end. They informed me that they work with a third-party company to efficiently test their fax service. We ran a few tests and found that my service was working just fine, the problem was on my CPA's receiving end. CS was very helpful, always courteous, and even offered additional fax machine setting tips via email after our chat session had ended. I appreciate the great customer service and will be upgrading from the free version to the monthly subscription (I would pay for the annual subscription but I own a startup and in the short run, this is the better, cheaper option).

This service was easy to set up because the staff is thorough and they were so patient with me, answered all my questions, didn't try to rush me. I saw the comment about it being pricey but for me this service works. I don't have a fax and I don't want have room for one. I'm currently paying for a virtual office with a fax but having the convenience of this service means I can drop the virtual office. I have a month to month and it's fine for now.

I am just getting started with Ringcentral. My first customer service call to them could not have gone better. My call was answered quickly and the representative was very helpful and we resolved my issue quickly. I have found it to be a very robust, full featured system that is easy to set up, maneuver around and use on a daily basis.

I had to learn the RingCentral system in a very short time so that I could get our business phones up and running to their full potential. The staff was able to help me with online tutorials and one on one help over the phone.

We have had RingCentral for 5-6 years now and it has always had some issues but it continues to get worse. We only use the softphone and calls drop from time to time. Iphone app works about 50% of the time as it is designed. The worst thing about RingCentral is support, extremely long wait times (30-50 minutes) and then you have to talk to different levels of support, level one can not help with anything so they transfer you to level 2 which is still limited in their ability to help, which leaves level 3 support who you have to wait for them to email and provide support via email.

I have been using RingCentral for a few years now. I am very pleased with the service and the many options their mobile app provides so that I am able to keep in touch with my customers and they with me. After all, service is what it is all about - RingCentral provides a great reliable phone service for me so I can in turn maintain quality service to my customers.
